Judith Battista is why we shop the Arhaus Parker location! She is our go to stylist when it comes to purchases! She knows design, and continues to help us when we reach out for more furniture from Arhaus!
We met her years ago when we first visited the Parker location. We were moving to Dallas and she helped us furnish most of our home there! Yes, it started in store and continued as a long distance relationship. When we sold our home in Dallas, the new owner wanted all of the Arhaus pieces! They weren’t even 2yo yet, but fit the home perfectly. We agreed to sell them to her.
We are back in the Denver area now, and you bet we went straight to Judith and Arhaus to furnish our new home here. We really like the furniture styles, and honestly, we just enjoy working with her now. She’s become a friend to us. She cares about her clients and gives honest opinions when asked; which we value.
The furniture is stylish, and we get a lot of compliments. The few pieces that arrived with defects/damage, were quickly taken care of by both Judith and the delivery team. Some pieces are so popular they take weeks/months to get, but that’s been ok with us because when they arrive the quality and style were worth the wait.

Shawna Roberts and the team at the Park Meadows ARHAUS showroom have been amazing to work with from start to finish (and ongoing), designing and furnishing major areas in our home. I highly recommend Arhaus for quality and customer service!

I had an incredible experience working with Judith Battista! Her expertise in Arhaus products and CAD drawings helped us perfectly visualize our new home. She was proactive in managing our order, and when a few items arrived with minor issues, she swiftly arranged for replacements and even let us add another item to the order to save on shipping. Judith maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, making it feel more personal—like working with a friend. Her attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly set her apart. We’ll definitely be returning to Judith for future projects!

I’ve purchased items here a few times, and I’d advise potential shoppers to do your research online and go to the store only after you’ve memorized the exact SKU you want, or even better, just buy it online. I bought 2 chairs here and they ordered the wrong color and never said anything. When I called (3x) for a refund each time they said they’d process it and never did. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back. Generally you can consider the employees complacent and uninterested in helping you.

What a beautiful store! Went in to get some throw pillows and ended up getting inspiration for what I would love my future living room to look like. The manager, Ashley, was super helpful and answered my questions about the different fabrics that the Kipton sofa comes in. If you want great customer service, be sure to seek her out!

We had designer come and layout our dinning room and living room. This was a big purchase. We went with so call high end quality furniture..after three months of use, the low quality of furniture was obvious. The dinning table is so easily scratched and paint peeling off. We have to buy touch up paint from them. Obviously they know about this.
The sofas, where do I start. The filling come out so fast, it is shedding couch...
Show room always looks good, but I recommend looking around. Don't buy based on show room looks. Do more research on the materials and durability...

Purchased a stone coffee table. They neglected to mention that any liquid, including water, would permanently stain the top, as it was not sealed against liquid. When I contacted only a week or two after receiving they deemed it "customer caused damage" and refused to do anything about it. Had I known the table was not sealed, I would have immediately sealed it before using.While the furniture is nice, their customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their product. I would recommend going with a smaller artisan manufacturer, especially at this price point.

I bought a table from Susan Babbitt at the Park Meadows store, I waited the entire delivery time and the table arrived different from the one I bought, she ordered the wrong product, I had to redo the order and wait all the time until the day of delivery deliver again. After all this waiting, the table arrived, COMPLETELY different from the one I saw in the store in person and on the website, I bought the marble espresso table, in the photos you can see the grotesque difference between the tables. I don't know how they had the courage to deliver a product like that. In addition to arriving a product that was not consistent with what they sold me, it arrived with many defects, cracked. So I contacted them to see if they could sell me the store display table that I had seen and knew I liked, but they said NO, so I asked if they would guarantee it if I asked for an exchange next time the table would come like the one they were selling me, and if the color was different again they would change it again, and they said they could NOT guarantee me any of that. They then placed the order for a new table without my consent, I had to ask them to cancel this new order because I didn't want to take any more risks with them. They took forever to come and collect the table, and now, 2 months later it started I have not received my refund, and the note they showed me with the refund request does not include the shipping cost I paid of $299, between all this happened I had ordered custom chairs from another store to be used with this table, I had to cancel it and pay a fine of $1300. A real nightmare! They don't have the slightest consideration for the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, BE VERY CAREFUL! IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! I'll come back here to say if I managed to receive my full refund, for now I'm just waiting...I need to add that the saleswoman Susan and the manager of the park meadows store gave me terrible service after having already sold me the table.The last two photos are a montage between the store table and the table they gave me and the store table at the end for comparison.

1030am on a Monday - apparently they don’t need sales at this location. no one greeted me, offered to provide help or answer questions.i’m ready to replace my arhaus coburn pit sectional that i purchased from the boulder location which has fantastic customer service. I’m willing to drive to boulder for this experience.

Stores are well-merchansided and enticing, but the quality and customer service are horrible! Ordered 2 counter stools that were not available in-store to see, just online - they arrived with poor quality wood NOT like what is shown in photos, hard seat, one was wobbly. They tagged my return "preference" and deducted $700 (!!!) from a $1,900 order. ($299 in "shipping" and $150 re-stocking fees is all they could tell me - that doesn't add up to $700. )Ugly way of doing business. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
