We made an appointment and went 15 min early, we ended up waiting 30 min. Seemed a bit disorganized, when we were help, the tech was awesome. It took awhile to identify full issue and fixes. Bottom line they fixed the issues and we were Happy. We were there long enough to watch a general iPhone 15 session.

Not too sure what everyone’s job title is and what’s really the purpose of 18 employees on a Sunday afternoon. It definitely wasn’t to give service to a possible paying customer. Was ready to spend $1000 to buy a new iPhone today but was told to wait around… it was truly an embarrassing sight. These weird island tables where apple employees have dentist appointments with people who have time to book them lol.

Completely disappointed, and I have been an Apple diehard for 20 years. Replaced the screen on my MacBook Pro 2 month's ago and apparently needs to be replaced again, due to an impact, that did not occur. I use it to surf the net while watching tv, nothing else. I have purchased about 20 products in the time I had been a fan, a desk top, 5 iPhones, 2 iPad's, 1 Apple Watch, 3 Mac book airs, 2 MacBook pro's, 4 apple tv's and 2 iPod's. Apparently the quality, and customer service died with Steve, now It's just pretty packaging, and no concern for brand loyalty. Never again!

Emplyees just stand around and absolutely do nothing. Always a long wait time, employees just don't care about customer service. They intentionally ignore you. Something needs to be done to these useless employees. Super rude. The worst apple store ever.

Super frustrating experience. You pay for AppleCare for years and never use it and when you go to use it, there’s a list of things that are required. Won’t replace a watchband that has stretched out. Might as well get third-party watchbands for 20% of the cost. Their watchbands aren’t under warranty. To get phone repaired I’d have to have loner for 6 days. A bug was found in the iWatch and I have to factory restore Iwatch. What a train wreck of a company.

Went to the store yesterday to replace the battery in my iPhone 11. Was told it would be ready in 3 hours, but if I came in at 10:00 today, it would be ready in 1 hour. I believed them so came in at 10:00 today and was told it would be ready in 3 (three!) hours.The next time, I'll spend an extra $20 and get the battery replaced at the mall kiosk in an hour! The gas I'll save will make up for the difference!

My husband loves Apple products. He recently bought me the new iPhone 15 max super, duper, plus, you cant break it or crack the glass, this that and the other because it's military grade material. I didn't like it and went back to my Samsung. Sorry Apple I'm an Android gal.

One person staffing the Genius Bar while a line begins to form and at least 5 unoccupied Apple employees standing around. Not a great customer experience when I’m literally just trying to buy a new AirPods case.

Don't even bother the parking is hell and the prices are unbelievable. I remember when shirts costs less than $70 or more
