I went in the store today to pick up an order I placed. I am the first person in line waiting for an employee to help me. An employee comes up to the register and decides to help the people standing in line behind me. The employee does not even acknowledge me standing first in line. That employee was clueless and should be fired for her terrible customer service.

Gavin and Bianca went beyond to help me get everything on my list even though I couldn’t find it. Friendly and so helpful! Visiting from Canada and had a big list!

Two Strikes, Abercrombie & Fitch
I thought I’d give Abercrombie & Fitch at Park Meadows Mall a second chance after a disastrous first visit. Spoiler alert: That was a mistake. In fact, my initial experience was almost better than this past weekend.
The first time, I endured a painfully long wait in line, only to have the cashier—who looked right at me—ditch her post to hang out with what I can only assume was her boyfriend. Fast forward to this weekend, and it somehow got worse.
There were four employees behind the counter, all looking absolutely miserable, loudly complaining about how much they wanted to leave. The vibe? Utterly unwelcoming. When I got up to the register, the young man mumbled something completely incoherent. I asked him, politely, to repeat himself, and what happened next was something out of a bizarre sitcom. He sighed dramatically, looked at his buddy, and said, “Can you help her?” Then he stormed off like I had just asked him to solve a rubik cube in less than 30 seconds. It was the weirdest, most awkward interaction I’ve ever had in a store.
At this point, it’s clear and also concerning how little these young adults CGAF. Is this a microcosm of a larger issue we will face in the coming years? God help us if it is…
I highly recommend going anywhere but Abercrombie & Fitch at Park Meadows.
Do better.

I'm not sure why they hire only teenagers, but the customer service and over competence is honestly humorous at this location. I've been to this specific store quite often and always hate having to go in, because I know I will be treated like I am a burden for shopping there. Management seriously needs to do better and higher their standards.

Both managers ( blonde guy and girl) are incredibly rude and incompetent. I had to go through customer service online (a robot) to get the necessary help. Sad that a robot online can do a job that the in store managers can’t complete!! Coming in here is a waste!! Terrible selection of clothes too/bad quality/no size selection. The only thing that makes me feel better is reading the other one star reviews of this store and knowing that I am not alone.

Drove a considerable distance to get to this store to find out the store is closed with a sign saying opening later this year. Waste of time.

Fitting rooms were closed before the store even closed - seems strange to not let customers use the fitting rooms when you’re still very open.

I called to inquire about a lost jacket, but the person on the line promptly dismissed its existence without making any effort to verify. Upon visiting in person after, I approached a different staff member who somehow knew about the call. I expressed my suspicion regarding the rushed response and requested another check. Despite this, the individual simply glanced in a small drawer and reiterated that the jacket was not found. It seemed deliberate that they put 0 effort into actually checking. I am aware from my own experience in retail that properly checking typically involves searching in the back room and takes more than a glance. That’s fine if they didn’t have it, but they made me feel like a burden for asking. This also isn’t the first negative experience I had here. The staff are rude and have no customer service skills. I ask for a dressing room and a staff member seemed taken back and rudely said, just find a room?Maybe you should hire people that actually like doing their job.

A&F is great but not this store… The employees are so rude. Don’t do a pick up order - I ordered a coat online for in-store pick up and I was handed this massive cardboard box that I had to haul around the mall, I was embarrassed. I had other complications with another pickup order I placed last month. I’m just going to shop online from now on. I don’t want to go to that store again…

My daughter & I went to the Park Meadows mall store today to make a return. We had looked up their return policy online prior to making the trip to verify our return was still in the allowed time frame for return. It was. I have to say I rarely find a pleasant employee at this store! They told me it was past the time period allowed to make the return & were seemed simply irritated to have to serve customers. I told the manager we had reviewed their policy & had the online receipt that showed purchase date, shipping date & arrival date. She proceeded to coldly tell us we were wrong. I then asked her if she would like me to bring up their return policy from their website. She responded "sure, if you want to". We did & showed her where it said 30!days from the date the last item was shipped. She coldly told her employee to refund our money, but we got the cold treatment & no apology for their original refusal to return our items even after we proved their store return policy didn't match what their website said. Lululemon & Chick-fil-a were a breath of fresh air after that experience. Not impressed with A&F at Park Meadows mall!

I was very impressed with the customer service at the store. I was shopping for my daughter and the employees could not been more nice, helpful, genuine, and welcoming. I usually dread shopping at mall stores because I often leave feeling like I burden the employees by shopping at their store. However, this store provided a refreshing change from that norm. Employees actually seemed happy to be there and even better, happy to help.
