The community at Whole Health Club is fabulous. The classes are challenging but fun because the members and coaches alike are welcoming, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I had great results, gained a better understanding of my health and fitness, and made new friends!

WHC is a personalized gym which focuses on the individual and their fitness goals. The coaches are fantastic and take the time to understand their clients needs and direction. And they offer plant based cooking classes in their onsite kitchen! Certainly a whole person based system.

My husband and I started with the eight week challenge. We decided to sign up because we wanted more health benefits than the eight week challenge. It has been four months and combined we have lost 70 pounds. We are both barely 40 years old and have never been in good health. We finally for the first time in our lives put us and our health first. This was the easiest live decision we ever made and we don’t see ourselves ever going back! Feels so good to finally feel muscle tone in our bodies and put clothes on that we haven’t been able to wear in years. I don’t think any other program would work the same for us. This program is teaching us how to be healthy for the rest of our lives. There’s so much to say but don’t want to leave a two page review LOL thank you thank you!! Keith and Shalimar Gibson

I started at WHC 4 months ago and I felt at home right away. Personal attention and advice geared toward individual needs. I want to go to the gym for the first time in my life. 8 lbs and 4 percent body fat gone. I feel great and I owe that to the WHC staff and culture. I highly recommend adding this into your life!

I originally joined Whole Health Club in March of 2017. By August that year, I had shed nearly 30lbs! The tools that Whole Health Club initially provided me have proven to be invaluable over the past 4 years as I have continued to keep this weight off! I re-joined Whole Health Club this past January because I wanted to tone and shed a few pounds that quarantine life had given me and once again, I saw incredible results in just 12 weeks! Even if you are not interested in following a plant-based lifestyle, I highly recommend this gym because all of their trainers are incredibly skilled and will help you reach your fitness goals!

I really like how friendly everyone is including the other members. The workouts are tough and really challenge you no matter what level you are at! Annie, Austin, Paige and Chase are amazing people that you want to surround yourself with on your fitness journey whatever that might be!

Whole health club has been a transformative experience for my life I have last a lot of weight and have turned my lifestyle into healthy habits. The only thing that I think is unfortunate is how financially straining this gym cost. Healthy living should not be only for people who can afford it

I first used WHC a couple years ago with outstanding results. I was able to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks. I had to quit at the time because I moved states, but have been able to rejoin long distance as they now offer zoom workout classes and long distance support. WHC isn’t just about exercise but the whole health picture. Nutrition is also a large part of the program and they will provide you with meal plans and grocery lists. They have cooking classes in person and online. The staff is friendly and helpful and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my fitness coach, Austin. He is great at holding me accountable and checking in to answer any questions or concerns I have. If you are looking to improve your overall health and well-being then I would recommend you go to WHC. If you are willing to be honest with yourself and put in the work you will definitely see results.

Whole health club has transformed my life. Not only have I been able to create a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family for the rest of our lives, I have also met a community of amazing people that will be life long friends. The trainers push me to work out harder and smarter and have taught me how to make delicious foods that make you feel amazing. I will be forever grateful that I found this community! This place is SO much more than a gym, it’s a forever family.
