Me and my wife moved in here a few months ago and have continuously had issues with Westlake Greens, when we first moved in our bathroom door didn't have a lock, many of the fixtures in our bathroom were missing, the floor was very dirty, our "new" appliances already had dings on them, our AC didn't work, our microwave would die after a few minutes of cooking, and our dryer wouldn't work without taking the knob off and turning the rod with pilers. Some of these things have been fixed at a semi decent timeframe, but our microwave and dryer still have the same issue and we have put in maintenance requests multiple times with no response. When they fixed our AC they had to cut a hole in our bedroom ceiling and that has still not been fixed and it has been around 3 months. Recently we were told that we need to pay around 500 dollars more for different charges because the people who did our move in process did things incorrectly, even though we already paid the charges that they are citing that we owe. When I went in to clarify the situation and do the math together it still doesn't add up correctly like it should, which leaves a bad taste in the mouth and feels pretty sketchy, especially when we are being back charged money due to Westlake Greens employees failing to input their paperwork correctly yet no one in the office admits it was a mistake made by the company. Another small gripe is that when we moved in they closed down the front office because of a remodel that is supposed to happen, still nothing has been started on that and about half the amenities that we are paying for we will not get the opportunity to use for the entire year or more. As others have mentioned there are large trash containers blocking certain lanes of traffic. All in all the whole experience of moving and living here has been incredibly disappointing and doesn't inspire confidence in the company. I would not recommend chosing this complex considering how close a few other complexes are that are much more professional, quick to fix issues, and have their books in line.

The worst experience our family has ever had with an apartment complex. We were fraudulently charged $500 for a bookkeeping error on management's part. We had a running water leak in our 3rd floor AC unit, creating mold in our unit and in the two units below us. Management was aggressive and fraudulent, maintenance was aggressive. We took Westlake Greens to court to fight over our rights, and they denied any wrongdoing. Absolute scam of a community.

Tedious application process. Can tell where the remodeling cut corners but it looks nice. If you want to recycle you have to do it yourself. They don’t recycle here. Maintenance requests take at least a month. There is dog poop frequently not picked up and they charge for every little thing. Just one example of many, I got charged a $50 fee because Excel had my transfer date wrong. It’s a great place to live as long as you don’t need anything.

Frank and Leah in office are amazing and the units have tons of storage space!! The community is also very quiet. Other than that a great and amazing place to live!!

We’ve lived here a year and a half and have had very poor experiences with management. We are also appalled by the grounds upkeep, as well as the fact that there are giant garbage bins and containers located near the entry taking up half the driveway. I wouldn’t suggest living here, but the location is good.

I have lived at Westlake Greens for three years now. The apartments are quiet and large, the rent and renewal increases are reasonable, and they have made many improvements to the grounds in the last couple of years.Until recently, the maintenance team and communication has been great. My microwave died in the middle of August, just after having major surgery that makes using my oven or stove to prepare food difficult. As advised by the maintenance team when my microwave started acting up in July, I submitted a new request on August 18th referencing my July maintenance request so they could follow up on that. Shortly after, I had a note from Shannon saying that my microwave was dead and a new one would be ordered. I waited two more weeks and asked for an update: emails to the main office address, phone calls with voice m, and a message through the web portal were all ignored. I went over to the main office to ask for an update and was told “If your microwave hasn’t been replaced yet, the only update I can give you is that it hasn’t been replaced yet.” I finally got a response back when I emailed Leah, the assistant manager, directly, who informed me that the microwave had not yet been ordered, apologized, and promised that it would be ordered. Frank, the new manager, also reached out to me to let me know that a new microwave had been ordered and would let me know when he knew the installation date. That was two weeks ago. I’ve now reached out twice to ask if there’s been any movement on an installation date, and again have been ignored; there’s been no response even to say that they’re still waiting on the appliance vendor. However, another person from the maintenance team stopped by last week to check my breakers for my microwave and oven…but still no update on a new microwave that my rent supposedly pays for.I like the apartments in general, but I certainly don’t feel like I’m valued or respected by the property management.

Very nice community and the apartments are nice. Some things in the apartment did not work and we are still waiting on maintenance fixes after living there for almost two months. The staff is friendly and the community it quiet.

Very beautiful apartment homes in Littleton Colorado definitely family oriented. Strict No Marijuana enforcement in place tho watch out stoners! Great amenities. Watch video Bat Found.

As a young person living here I would say its nice, the people who also live here are more with the community. The pool and hot tub is cool, very close to most stores that are needed, has a dog park for when you don’t feel like driving but walking, nice not great but nice view of mountains and a golfing area depending on which side your on. Overall its a very nice living environment for you and maybe even family

Leah in the office, Leroy, Sean and I forget his name, but always friendly and smiling have been exceptional everytime we have needed anything. They make this place feel like home and are always courteous, professional and friendly!! Thanks for all of your hard work!!

Overpriced, office staff is uncaring - we were transferring between apartments in the same community. We were promised time to clean the old apartment and then was told we had to turn in keys 3 days earlier than agreed upon date and lost our entire deposit because we weren’t allowed to clean. Will be moving out as soon as we can afford too.

This location has a unaddressed bird issues. There is constantly day after day birds scream straight through the night a constant sleep issue for me and fellow neighbors at this point. As soon as the sun is up pidgons start screaming down chimmney vents that echo entire units. There are no deterrents on any roofs and birds nesting through property in building structures. Nice area but just be ready sleep is not an option here until bird issues addressed.

Leah was absolutely amazing! I had a super short notice move that was very stressful. Leah was able to help me quickly and went above and beyond from the showing, writing down nearby schools for my children, parks, lakes, restaurants, etc. She communicated with me in a fast manner and answered all my questions. She was extremely friendly and professional. She was a complete blessing for me and my family. The property was perfect for my family and the whole process was extremely smooth.

they do not accept rental assistance. i was in a severe accident and couldn't afford some of my rent and gotten approved and they said they would accept any form of assistance. my water heater was replaced once and still had no heat after multiple calls two stoves top areas never worked and they said they had no clue why it stopped working dishwasher NEVER WORKED im talking never and they refused to see a problem kept saying its the soap i was using. my car had got towed three separate times and had the pass all three times! pool never open. water pressure absolutely sucks in the shower. they just dont fix ANYTHING i made so many maintenance calls it was unbelievable. girl motel 6 is better.
