I frequently go to this bank location. I however, cannot believe the parking situation. Every time I come here there are several cars who double park. I recently discovered these people parking this way are bank employees. Everyday. Hey guys? What is this about?

Westerra Littleton employee Hailey (H) is incompetent, discriminatory and abusive of her work role, blatantly disregarding Westerra banking policy. She denied me, my husband, AND son’s access to our bank account info and balances and would not allow us to verify identity when we called twice, including hanging up on the first call and then placing us on hold for the second call for such an inordinate amount of time so that we were not able to get help with our accounts. H is an extremely poor reflection of Westerra’s standards.H.’s blatantly reprehensible and unprofessional manner towards me and my husband shows that she has likely treated other patrons in a similar manner. Westerra’s Quality Management/HR should place her on a behavior modification program and actively monitor her work before she further damages Westerra’s reputation.Until then, stay away!

My son and I was there with an issue with our check. Stacey went above and beyond contacting her manager who wasn't there to get approval to fix it. Thank you Stacey

Came in to request some clean-looking bills of a small amount so I can take on my abroad vacation (some countries only accept the best looking bills), and Laura was combative from the start. Quite unhelpful, and rude all around. On top of saying they can't really help me b/c of antiquated technology, when the Castle Rock Westerra was able to fulfill my request just fine a couple months ago. ?

Well I went in at 1158 doors were already locked ridiculous I called beforehand because I needed a new card because mine expired before hand.This company is the worst they let your card expire and don't even send a new one and this location closes when they want to and flat out are rude

Got money stolen out of one of my accounts and another accounts was paying someone’s student loans until I caught it. Customer service is a reck and my cards quit working when I travel frequently despite notifying them.DO NOT USE THEM FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

Another bad review, based on reviews and lack of follow up it doesn't look like the company cares. Hopefully you read the reviews before signing on something with them. I went in about a month ago to get some info on a loan. I was told without an appointment there is no one that could answer my questions. I had tried via phone multiple times and the hold time was always absurd. How do you make an appointment if you can never talk to someone? Asked the have someone call me to answer my questions, a month later still no response. I had a different loan with them years ago...no major issues expect their online system was old and useless. After reading reviews, I am glad I didn't pursue doing business with them.

Just don't -- they used to be Jeffco Credit union -- since the change to Westerra about 11 years ago. I am so done ... They suck at Customer service, they don't support the lifestyles of Military families. They don't have a strong after hours customer service at all - they don't make banking easy for customers. The benefit of banking with THIS credit union is not worth the headache they constantly give you for free. Michelle the call center manager is a real peach .... and the 35 min wait time not ideal. My husband is in the military and on orders and they don't even try to assist with resolving the issue. Just don't --- hope that helps.

All I want to do is pay off my Jeep without having to take time off of work or go in on my weekend. The online portal only accepts 5,000 a day then takes 4 days to post. What? Then if you pay over the phone the guy wants to take the full amount without seeing the 5,000 already payed while charging a 10 dollar fee. I am disgusted.

Horrible customer service with no consistency. Went in to process a transaction I have processed a couple times, yet I am told by the teller she can’t do it. I said I have done it before, then she proceeds to argue with me. Won’t come back here again.

My wife opened a saving account at this Westerra Credit Union for our child a few years ago. We made numerous deposits to this account over the course of a couple of years. One day when my son and I were trying to make a deposit into his account, we encountered the rudest, nastiest, most unfriendly bank teller I've ever met in my life. This person angered me so much that I immediately closed my son's account and transferred his funds over to Chase bank. See you later.

District manager is abusive to ada disability laws, cildren/parents, and elderly especially vulnerable ones after loosing spouse. Will steal money (as you can see in many other reviews). Had to have state attorney to fix mortgage as they tried to take a home that was paid for one month in advance on mortgage. Be very cautious. I wouldn't waste my time at this bank as there are many others qith better reputations.

I am a member at first tech credit union went into this credit union to deposit a check . The lady behind the glass at her desk asked me for my account number. I was wearing a mask the entire time. I had to get into my account so my phone has face Recognition I pulled my mask down for 2 seconds and she yelled at me for pulling my mask down ! I felt so insulted !!! I follow the rules and very respectful for others!!! I will never go into this place ever again!!!! I told her never mind I will deposit it somewhere else on the way out the guy sitting at the desk to get into the desk asked if everything went good I told him no! That the lady behind the glass yelled at me for getting the information she asked for ! He said well I’m sorry to hear that Bye... unbelievable the way people treat people that are just trying to bring in a check to deposit following the CDC guidelines!!!
