This has got to be the worst King Sooper Pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I have been trying to get a prescription sent over to that store so I can use the coupon that they sent out for $75 in groceries but because the pharmacist is so busy with all these other phone calls they can't respond to any new prescriptions when you call they don't answer the phone and when they do answer the phone they put you on hold eternally! Don't choose them as a pharmacy if you need a medication filled in a timely manner! I would not recommend this place even if it was the last Pharmacy on the Earth!

I have been a customer of this location for over thirty-five years. That being said, I am no longer a customer. The pharmacy is run by a Right wing activist who is consistently rude. He chose the pandemic to refuse to wear a mask, even when dealing with the elderly public. At the time, it was mandated by both the state and King Soopers. But, this pharmacy handed out vaccines via maskless pharmacy staff. Management feigned concern, but has never done anything about them. If you want your prescriptions handled by extremists that do not care about your safety, this is the place for you. Also, Kroger Co. stripped hazard pay for its front liners, during the same emergency. In short, somebody was raised wrong. ...a lot of somebodies, apparently.

There's a mask mandate in our city, and our state. There's been a store policy for many months. Great job, protecting your immune compromised clientele. Shame on your parents. No, really, shame on them.

I used to like this King Soopers, however the employees are always in a bad mood. The only 2 people that are nice are an elderly lady at the self check out and a gentleman working nights restocking the produce. I went in there yesterday and EVERYONE isn't wearing a mask (customers and employees). I'm sure not everyone in that store got a vaccine. They aren't cleaning/sanitizing anything. And there are groups of teen employees just standing around everywhere "working".

The pharmacy is the worse I've ever seen. They act like they don't care, tell you prescriptions are ready then you get there and they are not, or something is constantly wrong with the order. I have been back and forth too many times due to this.

Super annoying to see workers wearing masks with EXPOSED NOSES all the time. Do they know that's where you breathe from? Literally counted five of them yesterday. Honestly, why even wear a mask at all if it's not on properly? Cases are up 40% in the last month. Do you care about your customers or not? What's the Kroger corporate policy on this?

I went there today and used scan, bag, go. Scanned ALL my groceries and while I was getting bottled water an employee walks up to us and says "what are you guys doing?" I said "scan, bag, go," the employee tells me "oh ok cause we were wondering why your groceries were in bags." Well why the hell else would they be in bags?? So we get to the register and the app says wait for assistance. We ask an employee for help just to have a manager walk up and say "I'm going to have to scan a few items to check that your being charged correctly." He scans the potatoes and says their scanner says i have 3 bags, and as I look at my cart I say "ummm no just one bag right here and my app also only shows 1 bag was scanned" then he says "hmm well let me scan something else", he scans some TV dinners and says "well this says this is not in your cart", once again I had to show him my app showing that they were in fact scanned as well. At this point he says we're just going to scan your whole cart. He had an older lady do it which took some time, she then hit the wrong payment and it froze her register. So we then had to have our groceries scanned and bagged for a third time, which includes my original scan and bag. I told the manager at that point that is not as convenient as it should have been and they were wasting our time at this point. Rather then apologize for being a******* for thinking we were possibly stealing or being dishonest about something all he said is "this will be the last time we scan your groceries and you'll be done". Needless to say we payed for all of our groceries but have vowed to never go back, we felt mistreated and disrespected, no thanks !!!! The employees and manager really need more people skills and training.

We've always liked this kings location but have an issue with putting up a sign telling folks to wear a mask but not enforcing it. Make a rule and make people comply. It's as simple as that. I guess we'll try Safeway.

I have lived in this are since 1991. I've been shopping at this King Soopers since then. The past 3 years this place has been a nightmare. Poorly managed. They repaved the parking lot and decided to make more spaces. I wasn't parking my car there so I complained. They did redo the parking so the spaces were bigger. Grocery carts are always all over the parking lot and if a big wind comes up your car is going to be dented. They are not the best at picking up the carts in the lot. Now they have to be sanitized, good luck with that! Attitudes are abundant in this store, employees seem to think they don't have to work, no one is around because we have to bag our own groceries and put them in those cheap bags that break before you get them in the house. Management, oh there have been many seems to care less and less. When I was unemployed I put in my application, didn't care if I stocked, bagged groceries, of which I have had my fair share of experience with since I do my own, never heard back!! I needed a job, didn't car if I was overqualified, seemed like they did. I just wanted to work and have money to pay my bills. No bites! So now inside the store, isles are pack with boxes, only 1 cart can maneuver down the isle at a time. Then there is the empty shelf that went on long before this virus came. The store has gone down hill for the past 5 years. It is a disaster! If I could work there I bring on a good attitude and lost of hard work so I could show them by example. King Soopers get you act together. Look at these reviews. Learn by them

I am so tired of bagging my own groceries here! I look around and every single customer is bagging their groceries. The manager says it's hard to find employees to bag. PAY THEM MORE or ADJUST YOUR PRICES IF I HAVE TO WORK FOR YOU! Some of us work hard and don't feel like bagging our own groceries at the end of a long day. I'll be shopping at Safeway and Target from now on (like a few of my friends and family now do)...greedy Kroger corporate.

The incompetence of the Safeway staff and their inability to FIX THEIR mistakes is amazing. Do not use Safeway or Western UnIon. The combination is a scam!!!! Employees do not know how to use Western UnIon. Managers are incompetent and not accountable and you will have to spend 12 plus hours to get YOUR money back.

This King Sooper's is woefully understaffed. Not a single person smiled at us today. A smile doesn't make or break a grocery store, but when each person has a sad and war torn look on their face, it says something about the management. We had to bag our own groceries, which in and of itself isn't terrible. But ALL OTHER King Sooper's do that. So disappointing. This is a management failure, and it seems as if they don't care at all. #HelloSafeway!

Worst King Soopers Pharmacy on planet earth! Do NOT go here for prescriptions - the pharmacist are SO rude and take their sweet time making people wait in line for hours! For example, I called to make sure my prescription was going to be ready, the lady over the phone said, "yes, it will be ready in 45mins to 1 hr". I go there to pick it up after 1.5 hours and have to wait in a line of cars for 30mins to get to the window... I pull up give the lady my name and DOB and The lady at the window says, sorry this one is still in process. I said well the lady over the phone told me it would be ready at an hour max. The lady at the window then responds with, "We'll, whoever you talked to over the phone never updated the time, so There's nothing I can do there are other people here who are in line to get there prescriptions, you're not the only one". Needless to say I did not have anything nice to say back to her and left. I have requested my prescription to be sent elsewhere after 3 back to back HORRIBLE experiences!
