Wow sad to say pretty horrible I went in to Simply notarize something because I only use their ATMs there and they said their notary was booked for the rest of the day which is ridiculous and it takes about 30 seconds to notarize something and tried to send me to the UPS store or another Wells Fargo somewhere else seriously one notary in a bank of that size is just silly and ridiculous I'll drive further to have a decent Professional Bank so long. And cleary a lasy AF notary also... just sad

Small businesses STAY AWAY! This is the worst possible bank to be doing businesses with-- they left us, with several hundred thousand deposited, with no way to pay our employees-- this after 20 years with them! Just now the "highest level" of executive complaints instructed me that to resolve this problem we would need to call business customer service, but the number they gave me doesn't work!!!!

They don't provide envelopes for the cash you withdrawal and when they shut off your card due to fraud your options are to either sign up for Samsung or Apple pay or pay in cash. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Also, they have 2 tellers and a line of 12 customers. No empathy either. Horrible experience. Awful bank.UPDATE: You can't even add your checking account info to Samsung pay, it has to be a debit card, of which Wells Fargo canceled so their solution is rendered ineffective and you are left to pay with cash or prompt a late payment from those bills you can only pay with a card.

We walked in at 4:25 and there was a teller (Dominic) talking to a friend. We waited in line to tell a bank teller we needed to open an account. He asked Dominic if he was available. Dominic rolled his eyes (didn’t bother to be discrete about it) and said there wasn’t enough time, that it takes about 40 minutes. He said he had one availability tomorrow and gave us his card. He then proceeded to catch up on gossip with his friend. Thanks to his attitude we decided to bank elsewhere :)

This branch is staffed with unqualified people; if anyone is there or ever answers the phone, they are of no help. I've had several issues of incompetence at this branch. I had an appointment and no bankers were there. I tried to reschedule and the 'system' was down.

A Big Shout out to Kasey Taylor and Tristan Conley for their assistance and notary services. They were able to assist with notary on important documents for myself today. They both were very professional and were able to complete the services required after my bank (Chase) said they were unable to. SMH!!! They got me over the obstacles and helped me get documents on their way. I highly recommend this branch and these two highly motivated,customer friendly individuals. I wanted to update this post. After experiencing a very uncomfortable situation at this branch Wells Fargo responded in a professional way to my concerns and issues. I retract all negative comments that I made to their initial investigative procedures but now understand how seriously they take these matters. Kudos ??!
