Up to one hour waiting time to access the safe deposit box is not acceptable. Especially if you see two bankers chatting. The lady at the entrance is also not very welcoming nor willing to do something rather than trying to send you away.

The mortgage banker and manager at this location have no interest in providing customer service. They took glee in saying that nothing related to my mortgage and automatic payment schedule could be handled in the branch. Basically, they were going to call the same 1-800 number I have been dealing with for a week but told me they didn't have time to wait on hold. The banker complained about the lines of customers that waited outside, during this virus crisis, and how hard it made his job. When I asked if I could leave my information for follow-up at a more convenient time, he smirked and said he was "off" all of next week. I will be doing all I can to distance myself from Wells Fargo and to share on social media how truly dangerous and crass this bank is.

An ATM located just inside the bank. Grab a bottle of water and a cookie.

Assistant Manager's customer service skills SUCK at the Wells Fargo on 8500 W Bowles in Littleton Colorado! If you have elderly parents or are trying to help them DON'T bank here! They are not helpful! Other nearby banks have been helpful. 1st Bank and Security Service are much better choices for parents and caregivers!

While the staff is remarkable the fact they work for an evil institution cannot be overlooked. Their business model is fraudulent and they pray on the elderly, military, and those who struggle financially. Leave Wells Fargo and go to a local credit union to avoid being slaves to a greedy corporation.

I dread whenever I have to actually walk into WF for something. I'd leave the bank, but it's a long story. WF is our savings only bank; credit unions are MUCH better. When I go to the bank, I don't mind being greeted, but I don't want someone in my face every time trying to make small talk or tell me jokes. It also is frustrating that every time they try to get me to open some kind of new account, get a "special" credit card, etc. Also, this last time I was in line, the woman in front of me was blabbing on the phone and didn't hear the teller say "next", so since she was being rude and stood off to the side I tried to pass her and the teller condescendingly told me to patiently wait my turn, like I were a child. So I got back in line, and tapped Rude Phone Talker and pointed her in the direction of the teller. Extremely frustrating.

The people at this bank are amazing and truly understand what customer service is all about. If you're fed up with your bank, i highly recommend you stop into this location. You wont be disappointed.

I don't even bank here and I love this place! Wells Fargo, what can I say..this place is always fast, easy and efficient! This location has someone at the door to greet you and point you in the right direction of what you're there to do (convenience at their door). I've been here twice to get a homeowners, insurance check endorsed. Both times I worked with Tony and he was a lot of fun to work with. Tony is one of those guys you want to be friends with, super cool and funny but very professional at the same time (not to mention he has the kool aid guy posted at his desk..ohh yeah!). Thanks for the great experience Tony & Wells Fargo.

In and out in 5 minutes. I always love being greeted and telling someone what I need to accomplish during my visit. They are always on it! Love Wells Fargo. Always have...

Ask for Andrew Ruck. And if Andrew doesn't work there any more, go to whatever branch he's at. We got a loan from this branch courtesy of Andrew. Never in my life have I been more impressed by a young man at a bank trying to sell me interest. We visited with Andrew twice to get the loan. No pressure, no gimmicks, no nonsense, professional, and a good sense of humor. It's obvious Andrew is determined to one day be Wells Fargo CEO, and that would be a good thing for the bank. The branch itself was full of courteous employees. We were greeted when we entered and thanked when we left. We were offered water or coffee while waiting and checked on until Andrew was available - the wait was only 5 minutes. A steady flow of customers came in and out and everything seemed to move quickly. There's also a coin counter at this branch. That is good intel as rolling coins is a huge waste of time and a pain.

We popped in here to switch my checking account over since we were informed it was going to turn into a fee-based account, and we ended up staying for over an hour. Which was actually a good thing in this case. We met with banker Andrew Ruck , and this guy is really helpful. He also has a winning smile, and tons of "5 star ratings" posted on his wall for his customer service, so watch out ladies. He easily switched my account, and then we started talking to him about other things for home remodeling. Without going into details on what we are doing with them, let's just say Andrew was very knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly, and has had excellent follow-up since we met with him a week ago. The only negative I'd have to say would be there doesn't seem to be a way to meet with a personal banker besides walking up to one and asking if they're busy. When we were sitting with Andrew though, some other people walked in and they were greeted by someone, so perhaps we were just there at the exact time no one was there to greet us. Either way, we ended up with Andrew and had a great experience.
