We’re currently in the midst of planning our wedding, which is set for June 6th, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our choice of Ken Caryl Vista as our venue!
From the very beginning, their team has been incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and with such helpful detail. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but they’ve made the process feel so smooth and stress-free.
We’ve even had the chance to bring some out-of-town guests to tour the venue, and the staff has been incredibly accommodating, allowing us to come in for multiple visits without hesitation. This flexibility has been so appreciated as it’s allowed our loved ones to experience the venue firsthand before the big day.
A special shoutout to Kade, who has been nothing short of amazing! They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure we feel confident and supported every step of the way. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail have made all the difference during our planning process.
We’re counting down the days until June and couldn’t be more excited to celebrate our wedding at Ken Caryl Vista. We’re so grateful for their dedication and can't wait to see everything come together on our special day!

My husband and I had our wedding here this past Friday. Everything ran incredibly smooth, and the event staff was so nice and attentive. All of their recommended vendors that we went through with using were wonderful as well. Extra shoutout the Kade, Amanda, Jenny, and Katie for helping the day run smooth. Would personally shout out everyone involved. The only complaint from the entire night was a “security guard taking his job too serious - rude vibes”. We did not personally experience this, but heard it from a few guests. We had a PERFECT wedding thanks to the Wedgewood / Ken Caryl Vista team :)

We had the absolute best experience at Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings. It was a beautiful venue, everyone we worked with was awesome, specifically our coordinator Kade. I am the sister of the groom, and I can attest we had a rowdy group and Kade rolled with the punches, always had a smile on, was on top of literally everything, laughed with us, corralled us, kept us on schedule, and made this just the easiest, most fun day! I would highly recommend the entire place, but Kade was definitely the icing on top!

Highly recommend this venue! Just booked our wedding here. It’s a mountain vibe without mountain venue pricing. Especially love that it’s all inclusive making for a stress free wedding. Kade was our consultant and was extremely accommodating and patient in answering all our questions.

Attending a wedding here in September of 2024 and it was amazing! The venue staff were extremely helpful and the setup was perfect with both indoor and outdoor options all night long. I would recommend it to anyone in the Denver area.

We just had our wedding here at the beginning of August and it was an absolute dream. We worked with Kade throughout the entirety of the planning process, and they made the experience so enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and above all else they are there for YOU. Heidi helped us with the final meeting & rehearsal dinner and she was also just as helpful and kind, and ready to do whatever to help our day go smoothly. Everything we could have possibly dreamed of for our wedding day, was exceeded by how amazing Wedgewood was to us and our guests. Our day was genuinely stress free thanks to them. We have had guests telling us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and the most fun! We cannot recommend this venue enough!! ❤️ We are so so thankful we chose Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood

Buckle up, this is going to be a long winded dedication comment to explain the extreme badassery that is the entire team at Ken Caryl.
Amanda Myers, the person we originally met with as we toured the venue and first became interested in Wedgewood locations in Colorado. She matched my energy level from the very beginning, and walked us around while bringing our vision to life as she asked us questions and offered suggestions to make the wedding what we wanted it to be. While she didn't end up being our day of coordinator, she still helped us through out the entire planning process and remained in contact.
Heidi Mentz, our day of coordinator. We had been in contact with her as much as the rest of the planning team at Ken Caryl, and when we finally met her in person and sat down together to discuss the final details we were blown away. She was amazing at everything she did, putting every worry we had to rest and helping the bride, Erika, as the bride explained her back up plans for the day of. Without judgement, Heidi understood our need to not have anyone ruin the day we had been looking forward to for so long. During the final meeting Heidi helped the bride with the itinerary and adjusted what they had been discussed previously to meet the new needs of the photographer and family requests at the last minute. She did so with grace, humor and excitement that we fed off of. Heidi kept a level head and energy that was so relaxed. Anytime something came up, it was immediately handled without hesitation and constant reassurance that it wasn't a problem for her to handle, or that it wouldn't take anything to clear it up and right whatever the issue was. The bride was so pleased about the expert care Heidi took in keeping everything going smoothly without making Erika feel rushed or pressured about anything. Heidi was a coordinating ninja as she ran around with a smile on her face, taking care of the Bride and Groom. The bride has no words for just how amazing Heidi was to her, and we can't thank her enough for everything she did for us.
Shayna, our banquet captain, was Heidi's second in command during our wedding. She was ready for anything that was asked of her, always keeping an eye on the time and on the bride and groom. They did a wonderful job executing everything and being a calm presence around us on our day.
Our photobooth attendant, K.C was wonderful and expressed her joy at the Star Wars theme of our wedding. Everyone who spoke to her said she was funny and professional while she helped them navigate the photobooth and get them their pictures.
Our servers, Cane and Sydney, the bride and groom didn't get much time with them because of the rush of a wedding, but there were nothing but good things mentioned about them from our guests and how smoothly they worked during the wedding. Thank you both so much!
Our bartender Nicholas, you served those drinks with a smile and had our guests laughing with you as you spoke. The first time the Bride came to the bar, he was phenomenal with his service and warm smile. The drinks were heaven, and we only wish we could've enjoyed more from him!

Literally the best experience we could have had. Heidi was incredible through our whole planning process and Shayna & Sydney were incredible to work with the night of our wedding. The venue is incredible and the staff are all subject matter experts!
