I would recommend filling prescriptions elsewhere. The Pharmacist was a no-show for work today, according to the staff. We were supposed to be picking up a post-operative prescription that had been filled, and the answer from the manager was “…nothing I can do about that.” The person I spoke with at this location could not have cared less.

Only one person seems to work on this place at any given time. Why would employees all be on break over busy periods of the day like lunch and after work. Very poor management and scheduling. Really poor customer service and no communication bordering on rude. The staff don’t even acknowledge you or follow basic manners! I needed to having to leave as I had waited so long so left my $100+ purchase and bought elsewhere and won’t be back.

Pharmacy staff, especially Guinevere, helped me enormously. I don’t have insurance in Colorado, but Guin helped me access a free covid shot through the Bridge program. Thank you!

Very poorly run pharmacy. Took over 2 hours to get my prescription. It seems the pharmacist was to busy given flu shots and not processing prescriptions.

This is the most poorly run pharmacy I've ever used. Randomly and without notice, they will shut down for multiple days in a row, leaving me twice in a lurch and unable to get my medication OR transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy! I finally had to get a hold of my provider (on the weekend) and have an entirely new script sent to the Sam's Club pharmacy. As a nurse I didn't think a pharmacy could even operate like this and keep its doors open.

I was in looking for a specific type of needle I need for my taxidermy, and when I asked the old white haired associate if they carried them she made me out to be a drug addict. My exact words were "im using them for taxidermy not in my body" to which she replied "Yeah, that's what everyone says. You can come back at 2 for the pharmacy." Really rubbed me the wrong way, and I let her know it. Also i've come here multiple times and had to physically find a person to check me out, it's like the people here are either incredibly lazy or just rude. Would give zero stars if I could.

Very impressed with the service recently. I’ve had a couple complicated insurance issues and Josh has taken the time to help me navigate in a very patient and customer centric manner, including calling me proactively to make sure it was clear, even when my insurance company couldn’t. I appreciate this greatly given how busy they are. Also, wait times have been minimal in the drive through.

The pharmacist here - Joshua James Benkers, license credential PHA.0018369 is downright the most incompetent, inefficient, and scandalous pharmacist I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. In fact the entire pharmacy staff here is so inept and so poorly run that you'd honestly be better off at literally any other pharmacy. Plan to have them lie about and withhold your medication despite having clear instructions from your prescribing provider. I don't think I've ever spent less than 45 minutes here to simply pick up meds. Always a disorganized fiasco with conflicting information between the app, the staff, and finally the actual pharmacist. If you people wanted to be in the business of controlling people's meds you should've gone to medical school. As it happens you are in the business of dispensing meds. Knock it off with the gestapo enforcement act and simply do your jobs. You are SUBORDINATES of actual physicians, so get back to counting pills. Filing a formal complaint with DORA on the pharmacist.

Would give 0 if I could. I suffer severe mental illness and can't go without certain medications. They won't fill on a Friday if it's due over the weekend.. and they're closed on the weekend!! I ended up in really bad shape. Always have to wait 30-60min for meds that I called in at least 4-6 hrs before. I understand short staffed... but the staff they do have doesn't act like they wanna even have the job the do... people can't go without medications.. it's ridiculous. Changing my pharmacy yet again, only came here cause king soopers doesn't take cigna anymore.. Safeway it is!!

Don't get passport photos taken here. When I went to the county clerk & recorder's office to submit my paperwork, they informed me that the photos were not correct (too close, not enough shoulder, etc.). I wasted $16. Now I need new photos and this will hold up my application process!

well-organized store, good customer service, the store manager there was awesome his name is Man, he helped me to find what I needed. He runs a good pharmacy services as well. Highly recommended customer service and pharmacy care at this store.

I scheduled a flu shot and when I arrived the pharmacy team had left. They should have called to tell me so I didn't drive in.
