I want to give Kelsey and Ann a special thank you for being reliable and getting the job done. We were in need of a medication right away and got it processed with Kelsey running ALL stations and Ann right there to support her. Thank you so much for saving the day!

Cashier Collin was extremely rude and condescending making inappropriate comments and being totally unprofessional. It's not that hard to shut your mouth and do a transaction. Manager needs to have a talk with this young man about how to behave while you're at work.

They don't price match their own website!? WTH? Went in an grabbed some OTC medicine. It was marked $12.99 on the shelf, $9.99 on the website. It RANG up at 14.99 and I asked for a price match to the website and was told they don't price match their own website. GMAFB!! I can order on the website and pick up SAME DAY at that same store... and they would rather do that work than just price match me? Goodbye Walgreens!

Walgreens employees at this location are rude and disrespectful. Kelsey the pharmacist needs to go some where else. Very rude and unprofessional. The whole staff at the pharmacy is no help and unprofessional. I tried to contact the store manager Pam and she is not willing to take calls to hear customers concerns. It's obvious Walgreens does not care about customer service and improving. I changed my store location to CVS Pharmacy where you are treated enter and they care about their customers. Kelsey and Pam need to go away so their not such a toxic bunch that drags Walgreens down and people like myself hate Walgreens. Go somewhere else where the store is more professional.

They literally can't keep the doors open. They randomly and without any notice closed down the whole place over the weekend, so I couldn't get a non transferable prescription that I really needed. Half the time they put up a hand scrawled note up in the middle of the day saying there's no staff available. They often just don't even fill prescriptions that get sent in, I have to call. Don't come here if you need your prescriptions in any kind of timely manner.

My RX went from here to there. I couldn't get the same answer from any store. Then Tim (?) from store 9566 was the only one that seemed to really care and he helped me out without.out.

Never seems to get too busy and the shelves always seem fully stocked. Great place to get photos printed as well

the worst pharmacy i dver had to deal with. the pharmacy employees are rude and they put you on hold for ever. they don't help you with medications . i will never shop here again . very rude employees.

No good customer service at pharmacy. Waiting couple days to pick up my order but they said still the medicine is in warehouse. I went there several times but they’re not responsible to their job.I moved to other place now.

I’m not one for a bad review but this was the icing on the cake. The pharmacy staff were very rude and condescending last time I called in. She actually made me cry she was terribly rude on the phone. I literally moved to a different pharmacy because of her - wish I caught her name. Honestly terrible experience 0/10 do not recommend.

Awesome! My prescription ended up convoluted, not the pharmacy's fault at all, and they were more than helpful in resolving the issue. Dealt with a simple, yet complicated, situation promptly and professionally. Remember, be polite and patient (pun) as they have some many guidelines on so many levels that have to be followed that we on the other end have no idea about....and they are there to make us more well too!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Cole in the photo department. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Short staffed during this holiday season and she still took the time to answer customers questions and concerns. Please remember to have patience and to be kind as so many things are out of their control.

I know all are short handed but the pharmacy could learn to tandem drive thru and Customers in store. Help one then the other! Don’t keep inside waiting while helping 8 cars in a row with a line In the store. Help one then the other!

This is a bad company. The pharmacy has zero work ethic, they will lose your information, and they don't care. Only part of your script can be filled? We don't care. Can't take your medication? We still don't care. I have no idea how a company so mismanaged continues to be in business.
