Tina in the pharmacy is a nightmare to speak to, so unbelievably aggressive and combative from the moment she speaks to you, and it’s not in response to the person she’s talking to. She comes with that energy immediately and is overall a very miserable person. Please give Tina a vacation or fire her. Worst customer service interaction I’ve had maybe ever and I’ve spoken to her multiple times over the past 2 weeks just trying to figure out what’s going on with my prescription they can’t seem to get filled. Every interaction with Tina has been awful. Don’t know why she’s in this industry when clearing it’s costing her her patience and sanity.

Pharmacy doesn’t answer phone calls and after being on hold for an hour disconnects the line. Can’t refill prescriptions, no customer service!

Pharmacy regularly has long lines. drive through is rarely open. Short staffed. Management clearly does not care about customer service and won't give the time of day to customer.

The pharmacy isn't even worth 1 star. They're horrible. They couldn't handle filling 2 simple prescriptions that they had all day because I was told they're short staffed. When I asked when they would be ready, I was just told "I don't know" and the tech made no additional effort to help or apologize. Poor customer service!

After being on hold for an hour my husband had our infant daughter's heart medication filled before the Thanksgiving holiday. They didn't have it filled and told him to wait 20min, then told him it would be over $100 for aspirin. I attempted to call and clarify the issue since before having insurance this only cost $1.79, but decided after 56min on hold to make a more productive decision and select a new pharmacy.

Always having "staffing emergencies" means I can't get the medication i need when I need it. Pay your workers well and they will want to come to work. Transferred all my prescriptions to King Soopers. If you ever want to be able to get your prescriptions, I suggest you do the same.

I give one star only because I cannot give ZERO! I have been sitting on hold with the pharmacy for 56 minutes total now. Being disconnected after 24 minutes, and having to call back once, only to be placed back on hold. All you get to choose from is a phone prompt. Based on all of the other reviews, I'm not alone with this complaint and Walgreens is apparently doing NOTHING to correct this ongoing issue. Worthless. I'll be going elsewhere for my prescriptions now. I'd suggest you do the same. As I am sitting this, they're now closed. Never answered. WORTHLESS!

This pharmacy deserves 0 stars. I am usually a very considerate and kind person when it comes to customer service, but three times this week I have called this pharmacy and been on hold for over 2 hours each time with “1 caller ahead ahead of you” EACH TIME. I have been on hold a total of 6 HOURS THIS WEEK WITH NO ONE EVER ANSWERING. I called Belleview and Simms they picked up in less than 2 minutes, switch there or somewhere else. This pharmacy may as well be non-existent. Sorry for having to be rude and harsh, but big failure Wadsworth and Chatfield

Went to fill my prescription at the pharmacy and was asked to Waite… normally no problem ….7-10 minutes later I was finally acknowledged and told I had a bad attitude by some tech. Meanwhile the pharmacist is bagging up other drugs checking labels 2-3 times doing busy work and ignoring me ( I know he can hear me ) with a customer in front of him no less!!! This is now the 3rd time I’ve had a problem with this pharmacy other times this “ pharmacist “ was sick and closed shop early…. But not before sending out calls telling people their medication is ready but can’t be collected because they are closed!!! I was scolded like I was a kid in trouble with his mother … do not fill your prescriptions here they are 1. Rude (lack of empathy) 2. Customers can’t reach you 3. Long Waite timesPlease, take your business elsewhereOnly saving grace was a store manager I spoke with who agreed their behavior was NOT ACCEPTABLE !

Such a bummer. Great staff, have used this pharmacy for 15 years. We are done. Never again. Corporate has not staffd the location properly for months, and you can wait more than an hour at any time of day to pick up any prescription. Don't bother calling, they don't have staff to answer calls either. Corp office....get it together!!Go to CVS, Safeway or King Soopers.

The worst customer service ever. "Tina" was rude and insulting to not just me but to all customers. Another employee quit while I was waiting. Slow service. Find somewhere else.

They are closed on Saturdays now. If you need your meds you are out of luck. Walgreens needs to figure out how to hire enough pharmacists to staff this place. We are changing pharmacies.

Scheduled a vaccine appt and arrived 15 mins early. Was told by tech there's only one line. Line was over 30 minutes long. Will take my business elsewhere.

They don't deserve a one star rating either. My wife was on hold for a pharmacist for over an hour,, for an very important medication ( emergency inhaler for asthma). I called the store on my phone an was told that the pharmacy wasn't answering calls because their busy. We'll be considering different options for our pharmacy needs. If you enjoy this type of service, by all means stay with them, if not, start searching for a better option.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma in 2021. Three days after my first chemo treatment I was in severe pain from the tumor breaking up in my stomach. Was prescribed 60 oxycodone tablets by my oncologist. Pharmacist denied filling my prescription except for 10 tablets. She told me that they were out of stock due to a shortage and didn't know when they would be restocked. I had been their customer for 5 years.Like a naive fool I believed her. Had to go home, email my Dr and get a new prescription. Had her send it to the hospital pharmacy and was able to pick it up in 1 hr. The pharmacy told me that there was not a shortage.It was clear to me that the walgreens pharmacist had lied to me.I transferred all my prescription to a different pharmacy, not walgreens.I'll never use a walgreens pharmacy again.
