I have had nothing but problems here and I continue to waist my time because it’s so close to my house. Tonight I got into drive threw at 755 and there was a car there they pulled off at 801 I know they close at 8 but I was in line before 8pm. My perception takes two seconds to get as it was ready. The pharmacist said absolutely nothing to me threw the sign in my face and closed the curtains. Then a few months ago my 5 year old son was very sick and needed medication and it took them 4 hours as I sat there and when they said they will fill it they came back and said oh no we actually don’t have it. It’s time and time again!

Worst location I have ever been to. We have switched everything over to CVS. Pharmacy is terrible. Had a prescription called the night before, called at 10:30 a.m., and they said they are working on it. Never got a call. Decided to go there at 1:30 pm. They told me to come back after lunch. Answering service has 12:30 to 1 for lunch.

Manager is very unprofessional. Employees don't care about the customers. Stay away, go somewhere else.

So I struggled for 3 days on getting my pain meds. I'm 11 days out of surgery of a disc replacement. I was told 1 thing 1 day of why I couldn't get my meds, then was told something else again, as to y i cant have my meds. So I waited til they said I could. Well today is that day and I call to get them ready went all weekend in pain and I got told something knew of y I cant get them. So if u need ur meds I suggest king supers, I was able to have my doc send the prescription over and filled in 1 hr. These pharmacy employees don't know what they are doing and it hurts the ppl that need the meds the most. DONT GO HERE

As of today my child’s prescription has still not been filled and it was a medication that he needed to take within 24 hours of his surgery. The hospital pharmacy confirmed that the Walgreens pharmacy received and confirmed the prescription on Tuesday afternoon, although the Walgreens pharmacist says they had no record of his prescription. How do you confirm something you supposedly have never seen? The lead pharmacist can mumble whatever she likes under her breath about children’s hospital but they saved my child’s life and did their jobs, something they still have yet to do themselves.

It’s unfortunate this location’s pharmacy has been so bad for so long. They are always short staffed and many times the drive thru is closed due to the register not working. This is a convenient location but we will, without a doubt, be changing pharmacies.

What a wonderful experience with the Wadsworth/Chatfield Walgreens! Joe was extremely helpful with locating another Walgreens in the area that could fill my prescription sooner. I had a special case scenario and needed it asap and he was both accommodating and friendly. Thank you!

Tina in the pharmacy is a nightmare to speak to, so unbelievably aggressive and combative from the moment she speaks to you, and it’s not in response to the person she’s talking to. She comes with that energy immediately and is overall a very miserable person. Please give Tina a vacation or fire her. Worst customer service interaction I’ve had maybe ever and I’ve spoken to her multiple times over the past 2 weeks just trying to figure out what’s going on with my prescription they can’t seem to get filled. Every interaction with Tina has been awful. Don’t know why she’s in this industry when clearing it’s costing her her patience and sanity.

Pharmacy doesn’t answer phone calls and after being on hold for an hour disconnects the line. Can’t refill prescriptions, no customer service!

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Go in for a booster shot, they don’t see my appointment, I step to the side and find my confirmation, and the two behind the counter have walked off and nowhere to be seen. I waited ten minutes and left. Time to find a completely different pharmacy.

This store is poorly managed. Always long wait lines at the pharmacy. Drive through is rarely open. Short staffed. Management does not care about customer service or have the time of day to speak to customers.

I used to love Walgreens yet they have fallen very fast the last couple of years. My most recent visit, which will be my last, started by listening to the employee in the pharmacy complaining about people without a high school diploma being incompetent and should not be working. Also told the manager to look at the applications and tell those that do not have a high school diploma that they will not work for Walgreens ever and get rid of them. Then I was rudely told to wait. This person was so rude during the entire periods. Telling me I was not in their system even though I use them often. I set an appointment online for a Covid test and she was complaining that "they are sending losers for testing there". I will never go back and I encourage others to be diligent when using Walgreens.

Vacines: All the problems started with walgreens when corporate thought it would be a good idea to make the pharmacists do vacines and covid testing but not add anyone that can do the vacines other than the pharmacist who are filling prescriptions.
To do one vacine the phamacist has to step away from there prescription filling, run paperwork and go give a vacine. It takes 15-20 min for them to do this. None of the techs can do the vacines.
This one star is for corporate: please hire someone who can do the vacines for all the cranky people while the pharmacist can fill peoples medication.
I have cancer and I'm having problems getting my script every month because of this.
