it looks like nothing gets done, all the shelves were messed up. i don’t understand why there manager accepts this. my Girlfriend works for walgreens (a Different one) and this is just embarrassing.

If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. The pharmacy experience was so bad it's dangerous to mental health. On top of everything, they tried playing games with medication prices thinking I'd just pay twice as much. Reporting to corporate!

Tried to call them and heard them pick up and put down the phone to put me on hold, then they just never answered the phone. We waited 10 minutes on hold like that.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. No pride in their job and half the time when they say it’s ready they tell u to come back because it has not been filled yet. The only good thing about this location is the older gentleman at the front checkout for the actual store

This pharmacy gets no ratings for me. I switched over for six months to King Soopers but somehow my doctors office in advertently sent in a script to this store I went to get it on Saturday only to find out that again the pharmacies closed and will be closed on Sunday too so now I'm three days without my meds. I'm going to try to be over there early like when they open tomorrow so I don't stand in a line of 20 for three hours to get a script which they may or may not have even though they've sent me a message three days ago saying it was ready this store is so incompetent I don't know how it stays open. OK now yelp will not post unless I put a star in there I can't even put a half a star so it gets one lousy star for me

By far some of the worst customer service in retail, including front register, pharmacy and photo. They claim to be a FedEx shipping center but do not stock the free FedEx envelopes and try to sell you retail packaging instead. No one that works here seems to care about anything. There were no shopping carts or baskets of any kind available in the store and when I asked about it they looked at me like it was the most ridiculous request they ever heard. I strongly discourage anyone from shopping here, especially when there are so many other options so close by.

Worst pharmacy ever! Drive through window is never open. No accommodations for handicapped individuals and long lines inside to pick up prescriptions. Staff is rude and not accommodating. Avoid this place like the plague!

Like all the others have stated this pharmacy is terrible. Never answers their phone, in fact they pick it up to stop the ringing and just put it on hold and leave the phone like that, never intending to answer the call. My RX has gotten “lost”. Not reliable and that’s too bad because I used to work in a Walgreens pharmacy and I enjoyed it and trusted them with my prescriptions at one point.

The pharmacy is the worst it has ever been. On top of very very slow service, phone and in person, the staff is now rude and uncaring. They clearly need more staff. We're moving everything to Costco.

35 min on hold. no answer. go into store... pharmacy closed in middle of operating hours due to no staffing. (not lunch) walgeeens providing the absolute worst service you can get at a pharmacy. change to king soopers. you be glad you did!

Worst pharmacy ever. Will not answer the phones and if they do, you will sit on hold just to be hung up on. Happened 3 times. Oh and good luck going in person, you will stand in line and won’t even be acknowledged while it takes 3 staff to handle one problem because the drive thru is also never open. Terrible pharmacy, and awful customer service.

Bad attitude right after their lunch breaks. Had an appointment for vaccine literally waited to be seen 45 min after. I had to call insurance and verify it. They struggle with data and information lack of knowledge

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I've never had my prescriptions ready on time, I called earlier about them being behind 3 days, they said 10 minutes and it's been 6 hours. The 4 people in front of me said they have been waiting since this morning. EVERY visit is a nightmare, they are so unorganized and have no since of hurrying. The only reason I kept coming is because I was about to move but at this point it would be easier to pick them up out of country. EDIT: I just got home and they gave me the wrong meds completely
