I was in looking for a specific type of needle I need for my taxidermy, and when I asked the old white haired associate if they carried them she made me out to be a drug addict. My exact words were "im using them for taxidermy not in my body" to which she replied "Yeah, that's what everyone says. You can come back at 2 for the pharmacy." Really rubbed me the wrong way, and I let her know it. Also i've come here multiple times and had to physically find a person to check me out, it's like the people here are either incredibly lazy or just rude. Would give zero stars if I could.

I give one star for the employee that was working today afternoon at around 6 PM in the print photo section. I felt very unwelcomed.\\nI believe her name is Kendall (that's the name on the receipt).\\n\\nIt's sad, because I always feel welcomed from the other employees.

I scheduled a flu shot and when I arrived the pharmacy team had left. They should have called to tell me so I didn't drive in.

I've been coming here for meds for the last 3 years. To this day I won't go anywhere else. These guys always aim to please! If you don't feel that way then you probably need to learn more respect for others! Since the begin of going there I've seen the pharmacy staff get so abused and they try and take it. But the fact humans can treat other humans like that( especially when they are handling your meds) is despicable. I've seen alot of people come and go there, but whoever is training them must be the same because to this day my wife and I get phenomenal service every time we come in for our refills etc. Thank you guys for all you do! Also a tip for upset customers, if you are worried about your meds running out and the pharmacy not having it, PLAN ahead and request it earlier. It's not the staffs fault you waited for the last minute to get your meds filled.

PLEASE do not go here to get your COVID vaccine or booster. Only one person working in the pharmacy new how to work the register and check people in. It took 20 minutes to even get someone to help check me in. While I filled out paperwork online I was told I would have to fill it out again and then it took 10 minutes to get paperwork. Then I was told I had a thirty minute wait, which I was pretty sure was hopeful estimate. I left because I had Some place to be and only allowed myself 45 minutes for a scheduled booster shot. Oh, and staff were pretty irritable, which I sort of get given they were understaffed and only one person knew how to do anything.

Hands down an absolutely horrible company. Got two covid tests done back to back (two separate people) and the results for the second came in after 2 days, the first has not come back. Tried to contact them to see who to talk to so we can figure this out and they have no human support, even at the actual store when you call. Walgreens...your website and computer phone service will NOT be able to answer all my questions and as has been proven it does not. Companies need to grow up and realize that to keep customers you need to take care of customers. CVS so far looks like a much better company.

The most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been to. First time filling, they lost my order and no one can seem to find it. Never hear back. They also tell me my insurance will only cover half of my normal prescription. 2nd time -- I call in for a prescription. They say they can only do a partial and they're really busy so they don't know when it'll be ready. I say fine, because I need it that night. Call back two hours later, and the first gentleman never filled it. Thankfully no one else had gotten to fill it before me. 3rd time -- I'm in the drive thru with three cars ahead of me. It takes me an hour to get to the window. When I'm there, the first gentleman Todd I don't think even worked at the pharmacy. He walked around for ten minutes trying to find my prescription, until he comes back to the window and I tell him they're refrigerated. Then, they state my insurance won't cover the full three months of my prescription. I tell them they're wrong. Donna is tapping away at her calculator for several minutes and no one communicates anything to me. They run it through, great. I can see my three boxes in front of them, already filled with stickers on, and Donna starts taking the stickers off and said it's incorrect. I tell her no, this is my usual prescription that I pick up every 3 months. She fights me on this while the pharmacist Quinn stands there and just stares. I ask about who filled it here for this amount (that I usually get), with these three boxes that she has in front of me. She says "I don't know but they're wrong. That's not how it's supposed to be done. " Left without it. Moving all my prescriptions back to my old Walgreens 45 minutes away because this is ridiculous.

On my last whim trying to get my infants passport picture. This was the third Walgreens I visited due to the other nearby ones having machine problems. The employees at the previous two locations were not friendly at all, however when I called this Walgreens the manager Ben picked up and gave me hope in humanity. This individual made all the difference for us due to his positive attitude and work ethic. Upon walking in, I noticed Ben is the only one working, running back and forth from the photo section and to the front register ensuring customers were taken care of to the best of his ability. Through all this perceived chaos, Ben immediately notices my family and says "welcome, you're here for the passport pictures right?" Then proceeds to assure us that he'll be right with us. Oddly enough we were at the Walgreens for about 30 mins for just passport pictures, but what made the wait worth it was the constant reassurances and recognition from Ben that he will be with us soon as possible and gave us a heart felt apology. Seeing him work, we had no choice but to show grace. When it was time for us to be seen, Ben was amazing with our child. The process was painless. He took the time to make sure we were happy with the pictures. I can't say much about Walgreens, but what I do know is that the right people on your team make all the difference. Ben is truly a diamond in the rough, and I wish him all the success in furthering his career.

The lack of help is beyond me. A male and a female were working. Male behind cashier and a female stocking. I asked for help looking for a specific type of soap. They told me to look down the soap isle. I asked if they could look it up so I didn't have to look again in that isle. They said it has to be there. What happened to workers knowing a store, showing them where it is and/or looking it up so I don't have to wonder their store for 20 mins to find out.
