This place sucks. Been trying to get a medication for seven months. They keep saying that there is a severe shortage but I have no problem getting it at King Soopers. ALL of my doctors are saying \\\"Forget Walgreens\\\".

Spent 1.5 hours on hold before just transferring to a different pharmacy

Edit- Nationwide, pharmacies got slammed by the pandemic. I see now this place is just people trying to do their best with the little they are given. Practice some patience and they will go out of their way to help you!

FEDEX ISSUES. This is the second walgreens in a row (drove to two) that I have been told they either cannot take my fedex package as they are \\\"full\\\" or that I was lucky and they are almost full. Is this a Fedex dropoff or is it not? Package was 12x12x12 and weighed under 20lbs. I could understand if it was considerably larger.

Truly exemplary service by tonight’s pharmacist. My son has come down with conjunctivitis, we were only able to get a hold of our pediatrician an hour before this pharmacy closed. I pull up right before closing, obviously at the end of a long day for this pharmacist, and rather than making me wait over the weekend for my son’s meds or sending me to another pharmacy, she dug deep and cranked out the Rx for me. You went above and beyond for my family and me tonight and I am so thankful!

Completely incompetent pharmacy. About 1 year ago they changed staff and now nothing gets done. They were okay before but now absolutely terrible. I filled here for years with okay service but now it's an extremely painful experience getting the most basic prescriptions filled. I have a prescription that needs to be ordered every month and it's a nightmare dealing with this pharmacy. I call ahead and make sure they order everything correctly but they never seem to get it right. I had to drive 45 min to a different Walgreens to get it because they screwed up again. I dread having to deal with them every month. Their new techs are worthless too. I can't think of a more accurate word than incompetent.

Ignore the covid testing instructions that you get emailed and just go to the drive thru. My test was on the same day that I booked it, and my paper work was not printed out yet. With the exception of shoving the swab up my own nose, the process was painless.

If you are new to the area and filled with Walgreens all your life and think this transition and this Walgreens would be easier, forget that. Pharmacists here will change your prescription and disregard your prescription history. The pharmacist here are on the front lines combating opiates like they are the DEA. They will get your prescriptions changed to ibuprofen after you had surgery. They also think they're saving insurance companies money by changing your prescriptions to other generics like they pay your monthly premium.

On a recent prescription, they gave me the wrong dosage by a factor of 4 and I came close to overdosing. To be fair, I should have noticed the mistake before taking the meds, so I messed up also. I realize people make mistakes, but when I went back to try and get the correct dose, they were not helpful and were rude, plus tried to blame my doctor, although the correct dose was clearly printed on the prescription. If you use this pharmacy, it would be a good idea to double check to make sure you get the correct medication and dosage.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Of course, sometimes they're hands are tied by insurance company's overly restrictive policies

Main pharmacist is pretty rude, in general he says and does unnecessary in things in a rude tone. Besides that this place is pretty and the rest of the staff are pretty nice, but almost every time im picking up prescriptions main pharmacist m somehow makes me feel like an a*** I don't know if he tries to do this on Purpose or if he doesn't understand his job, what it includes, who his customers are and lack of empathy maybe? But he could definitely go about things in a more friendly manor.
