The people here are so good at what they do. My glasses are perfect every time.. great service and kind friendly people. Dr Johnson does a great job too getting the prescription correct..

Update: Corporate customer service has no solutions either. Just spoke with the rep who called me. "Sorry that happened to you" is not a solution in any capacity.My eye exam went well, Dr. Johnson was great and gave me some really useful education on my eyes. The gentleman who gave me my initial eye tests was fantastic as well.However, it was obvious the sales women were competing for business/sales performance. At one point one woman had my paperwork and another employee tried to help me and the woman with my paperwork yelled across the lobby for me and told the other woman I was "hers", so I got up from one table and moved to the other. It was awkward for sure. Then the moment she told me my total she stood up, swiped my card and walked away. She literally told me my estimated time to wait as she was half way across the room already. I completely understand commission work but you could at least finish the interaction and be polite even after you've earned my money.My main motivator for leaving a review though is that I was told my glasses would be ready in one week. After a week and a half I called in and used the automated status checker for my order and it said it would be ready at 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and my order status had changed to delayed and unable to give an update for another 3-5 days. At 2 and a half weeks I called and spoke with a representative who told me their automated system is "not dependable at all and always wrong." She said she would check and they probably have them. Then she returned and told me that my glasses had broken and that they wouldn't have a new pair ready until we hit the 3 week mark.Normally when you buy a product that costs almost a thousand dollars, you can expect at least a call when it is broken and therefore delayed. Overall I wish I could return to Dr. Johnson but clearly the entire office isn't on the same page when it comes to customer service.

My husband and I a wonderful experience. Everyone who worked with us was caring and knowledgeable. Our visits were efficient and thorough. We can safely say we have found our new provider for our eye care needs.

Dr Johnson genuinely shows concern I would not want to give him up , I realized this . All Staff is delightful , Cynthia is a sweetheart she is definitely a people person superb personality she makes the atmosphere very comfortable and assist if you like with frames that fits your face. I highly recommend Visionworks located in Lone tree, Colorado right near park meadows mall .

What a great experience! I had a very long overdue eye exam and was pretty sure I'd need glasses. From the moment I walked in everyone was really attentive and friendly. I didn't have to wait long at all and Dr. Johnson was very nice, friendly and explained everything really well. I chose some frames that were a great price and looked really cute. The checkout process was really quick and easy as well.

I really like this place and the Dr here really is the best eye Dr I've ever had, I've simply gotten better results from his exams than at any other optometrist. I haven't had a bad experience here, and my appointments have always been on schedule.
