Been through about 4-5 times now between my two vehicles and I’ve been really enjoying the new wash. They’ve seemingly thought of everything even down to scanning your license plate for the monthly membership so you don’t need to put a dumb sticker on your windshield like every other car wash makes you do. Just pull up and it reads your license plate to open the gate. that’s what I call innovation!
I opted for the top dog wash and it’s definitely worth the extra bucks. Of any car wash I’ve been to, Vic’s express does the best job of drying as much as possible when you’re exiting the wash, and they provide clean microfiber hand towels to dry off the rest. The vacuums SUCK! And I mean that in the best way possible. It makes vacuuming out all the floor mats and nooks and crannies super quick and easy.
Super happy with the customer service, wash, dry, cleaning and vacuuming. Solid experience ? Thanks Vic’s!

Awesome wash. Vehicle looks great after a stop at Vic's and one run through was enough to get the rather substantial layer of pollen off. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, letting us know that if the first go through didn't get all of the mess, we could go through again. Thankfully that wasn't necessary. Will definitely be back.

Damages license plates!
Also some oil like substance was all over my car and they told me to use a vinegar mixture to take it off. Obviously they have issues!

I am editing this in response to the owners response. Getting hit at a stop light is not the same as getting hit in the middle of the car wash. A police officer will come and fill out an accident report for insurance purposes if it happens on public roads. They will not come out to the Vic's car wash because it's on private property and in an unincorporated area. So it was filled out online and we have to pay for a transcript.
I understand the human error. I know it was an accident. However, saying sorry isn't taking responsibility. It should be Vic's car wash responsibility to make sure customer's cars are put in neutral, to insure they don't run into the car in front of them. When accidents happen on your property you should do more than just apologize.
In this case. I have already spent hours on the phone talking to the insurance company and body shops. We will have to go without a car while it's being fixed and after fixing our brand new car will show up as having an accident on Carfax. I am posting this because I think people should know how Vic's car wash will respond when their car is damaged in the middle of their car wash.
(Original message) Canceling my membership after they allowed another car to crash into our new car. We took our 2024 Subaru Outback to get it washed. We have had it for less than 2 weeks. We had the bumper damaged when the car behind us hit our car while it was being washed. From what we heard it was a common occurrence. Spent the last 2 hours dealing with insurance companies and repair shops. I would think twice before going to Vic's Express car wash. Worst experience of all time. Now we will be fighting with the insurance companies for months all because Vic's Car wash couldn't prevent a car from smashing into our car while it is being washed.

I don’t have a problem with Vic’s Carwash. Did a decent job. What I do have a problem with is how difficult they make it to cancel the monthly unlimited membership. When I download an app, and sign up with the app, I expect to be able to cancel the service in the app when I am ready to, and not have to call in (no one answered the phone, left a message, waiting for a return call…) or physically have to present myself at the place of business to get the cancellation done.
There should be a cancel membership button in the app, but the only button they have is to “suspend” it for a set period of time. There is also no way for me to remove my credit card information from the app/account. Most other apps, that I jave for making purchases, give me the ability to completely delete my credit card info, which if I am cancelling the account is something I would want to be able to do i. This age of hacked information and fraud.

Love this car wash. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They offer an area with vinegar to help remove the sap from your car. I appreciate it so much.

Nicest automatic car wash in the area. Attentive and customer oriented employees, quick to respond to needs. Excellent quality wash with free unlimited vacuums (2 different nozzles available), free floor mat washing machine, free rags and window washing brush. Highly recommend signing up for their text messages - they sent a free wash coupon for signing up, and another as a birthday gift.
