Brandan at this store was amazing. He helped us combine two accounts we had into one and saved us $70 on our new combined bill. He then walked us step by step through upgrading to new phones for my wife and I and into a new iPad for me. He explained every step and even transferred all our data from our old phones to out new ones and from my old iPad to my new one so we walked out of the store with ready to use equipment. Brandan was professional , courteous and very knowledgeable. We will be using this Verizon store for all of our cellular services going forward and would recommend Brandan and this store to anyone who is looking at new phones or iPads!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS VERIZON LOCATION!
This USED to be my favorite store until this experience with the salesperson named ROSS. Not sure what has happened to the management to this store, but it's gone downhill. ROSS was so rude and really didn't care about it. Just liked to tell me GOTCHA. After being with Verizon for 9 years, I've never had anyone treat me like this at a phone store EVER!
If you are looking for great customer service, this is not the place!

Things did not work out exactly as I had hoped with my own phone, but the staff was honest and informative. Things that are greatly appreciated in my book and will be a deciding factor in keeping me as a Verizon customer.

Sales rep lied about my basic plan getting cheaper while simultaneously signing me up for the most expensive plan. Shaddy business practices, definitely avoid. Find a Verizon owned Verizon store instead.

We began our journey into the digital abyss at the Verizon store in Ken Caryl. Neither one of us really wanted to take the dive as most times these interactions are confusing a touch pretentious. To our elation, Masha and Sean were eagerly waiting for us with knowledge and sincerity. They both dove in to assess our original concerns. Connectivity and a find my iPhone situation. Done & HANDLED. Too easy. We next asked what we could do in the unfortunate event she wasn’t able to locate her phone…expecting a hard sell into a phone that could possibly fly us home or something…..NOPE, nah. These dudes Sussed out questions and suggested our next move. All the while, offering anything that would make us happy customers. Turns out we both had unused iPhone incentives unbeknownst to either of us. We were given explanations to all the deals and details and given ample time to make a decision that fit OUR NEEDS.
Well, as it turns out a new iPhone 14 and new iPhone 15 were exactly what the doctor had ordered. These two media assassins divided and conquered and were able to get both our phones activated and paired in under an hour! The conversations were memorable and the characters were thankful and sincere! The positive energy could be felt from Virgilio’s down the road and all left merry and satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second coming back to this exact location for any concerns or help with a phone. In fact, we’d wait for help from Masha and Sean any ol’ day of the week! Thanks boys! Much love and be easy! We’ll be back if and only when needed thanks to you two!

I arrived at 8:15pm in a panic with a phone that was not working. Not only were Sean and Zach calm, cool and collected, they worked well past closing time to make sure I was set up with a new phone. Both went above and beyond to help me and I am extremely grateful. Those two should get a raise!

Ausher was Absolutely FABulous !!!!
He was so very patient with my simple
(stupid) questions . He was oh so gentle when teaching me how to navigate this fancy phone that I was forced to receive. Assisted me with choosing streaming services for the television I have not yet even purchased….???
He took the time to peruse my plan to assess for possible discounts, you name it,
he did it for me . And I am so very very thankful that he was working today ???
