this store and Johnny were awesome. They fixed a huge problem created by a reseller, where we didn't have phone service for 3 days, and almost lost our old numbers. Johnny also explained exactly what our next steps needed to be, and saved us 1400$. any time I need Verizon this is where I'm going.

You are deceiving people. Eric and the general manager cheated from the beginning to the end. I asked again several times, it will definitely be 160$/mo. Eric said yes, I ended up with $237/mo + $35 for a one-time service. But they promised me that they would not charge $35 one-time if I connected insurance. I connected it, but they still billed me $35. I've said several times that I don't need a Hot spot giveaway, Eric confirmed that he won't. In the end, I still see it in myself. I've said several times that I don't need Verizon iCloud, Eric has confirmed that he won't, but I still see it in my mind. I repeated several times that I needed an iPhone 14, but after unpacking it turned out to be an iPhone 13. And they ask for an additional $50 for unpacking.

I have had so many issues with Verizon. Now the 5 stars is not for Verizon, it's for the young lady who helped me with my phone. I have been having the most annoying issue, and I have explained it a hundred times it seems. I lost the post it with her name but I believe it was Maryann Lau, she was around early 20s it seemed, long dark hair, amazing customer service skills. I actually felt HEARD, that was a first, she jumped right on trying to fix my issue and most importantly, she gave me a solution if her answer didn't fix my problem. Now my phone wasn't fixed but I was incredibly impressed by the customer service I received at that Verizon store, by that particular young woman. She definitely has leadership qualities just so Verizon knows.

Update listed below- I used to absolutely love Verizon and recommend them to everyone. I will now be leaving them as soon as possible and switching carriers. We have been dealing with an issue with a hotspot. I was dealing with the online technical support as they had to send 3 different devices since they did not work. The most recent phone call revealed that the latest device was also faulty and they would need to send a new device. I asked if I could go to a Verizon store and if they could replace it there. I was told yes. So we went. I arrived at the store and checked in with the lady at the door and was told it would be about 25 minute wait. An hour and 20 minutes later we were called in. I told Chris the issue and he looked at our account. He mumbled something and walked away. He did not come back. 15 minutes later I went to the woman at the door, which ended up being the manager. She let me know that they don't replace faulty items at the store but could ship me out one. She actually then said she could upgrade me to something else even better. 1st- she checked me in and I told her I was there for a replacement device. Instead of making me wait an hour and 20 minutes, she could have let me know they don't do that. Instead, her potential upsell was more important than customer service and customer retention. 2nd - she actually wanted to "upsell" me to what she considered to be "better" when I have not been able to use the device I have been paying for, for the last 2 months. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never been more disappointed in a company that I have been with for over 20 years. ******UPDATE*******I'm adding an update since the owner commented 5 days ago saying they were going to look into this. I have yet to have someone reach out to me or try to fix this. Just commenting that you are escalating this may look good to people reading reviews but doesn't fix the problem if you never reach out to the person. Update as of 12/27/2023- I have yet to be contacted by Verizon or any escalation team. Looks like we will be cancelling our service and letting everyone know how things have changed.

We came here & waited for 45 minutes. While sitting there we watched 3 employees leave, only 2 people got helped out of 6 the entire time we were there. I understand how shifts work, however if your store is full of clearly unhappy people, maybe have someone stay. We were a guaranteed sale. But there is no reason I should have to wait for nearly an hour, before seeing anyone, only to be there for another hour or more to set up the new line & phones. Also, having someone walking around try to sell us the new deals, including internet. But when we asked what the internet speeds look like we were told "to wait until someone can see us and look at our account." I guess internet speeds vary person to person??? Prices do I sure bet.

I was provided great assistance, it was busy but the wait was under 20 minutes. They helped me find the best deal and provided multiple options. They lowered my monthly bill and added better features. They explained the details and answered all my questions. They were awesome, I always come back to this location.

The sales team sold my daughter a phone she is autistic and has learning differences. She was accompanied by her host home provider, someone should have known she has disabilities. I feel they took advantage of her. Super shameful.

I went in today to add a new line to my policy. We were greeted by Ade who was so unbelievably helpful. They not only added a new line, but they were able to lower my monthly bill without being asked. I will return to this location whenever I need help with my phone service. Thank you, Ade!

Very disappointed! Unless you're a sale, they discourage you by overpriced assistance ($80 for a $5 fix) and provide you with incorrect information, had me running around town for nothing! I've been with Verizon for decades, apparently it's time to find a company who's just as loyal as me.

This evening, my wife and I were out shopping and I noticed my iPhone wasn’t charging through the cable. We happened to be close to this store so we stopped in to ask for recommendations on cleaning the charging port. Johnny quickly offered to help us and even helped my wife increase her storage. Neither one of the issues were a Verizon issue, but we wanted to write something to express how thankful we were for Johnny’s help. We readily admit we aren’t very technologically savvy. He was exceptionally kind and gracious. If you need to stop at a Verizon store, stop at this one and if you get Johnny, consider yourself lucky. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for reaching out. I did go in after I posted this review. This was the conclusion, after being told the day before the phone was broken beyond repair and they will recycle it for her. She went in that morning to try to get a phone back because there was no way for her to be able to get into her old iCloud account and recover her old data without that phone. She was told numerous times by two employees and the manager on duty that that phone had already been recycled, and FedEx has already taken it away. She calls me and lets them know I'm in my way and I ask one question. What trash/recycling service/fed ex does schedule pick ups on a Sunday afternoon? My girlfriend watched them lock and open the doors to the place, there wasn't a single time anyone could have came to pick up phone recycling. Basically between 2 days 2 hours she heard. (no it's not possible, they recycled it, the phone is broken, even if it wasn't gone it was broken beyond repair.) Me 2 minute conversation let me see if there's anything else we can do 5 minutes later, o hers your phone. Since by the time arrived and we had the only thing we came for I just left but the sales guys name was Preston but I'm pretty sure there was one other and a manager helping because it was the end of the day. We're not hard people to please just be honest she's a very smart women I'm sure if you go to her job she would educate you to her upmost means and you leave you with some options. I went to the same store a couple months prior everything was straight forward no weird sales gimmicks she was describing to me she also came out of there with $60 dollars of extra (needed) (required) accessories that weren't recommended for me. This is my first time seeing this type of double standard so it is a hot topic but isn't meant to be political in these polarizing times just please be honest, when someone goes in for help or advice and is expecting the same attentive care they provide on there job. Also I took the phone to a U break it I fix $100 phone is as good as new the only reason she bought one is because it was time for an upgrade anyway, we're just happy we have all the memory's and important data back with us.

The people working in this store have been very helpful. John, the manager, and his employees provided me with some very practical solutions when I had some difficulties switching from ATT. Even though the problems weren’t their fault they took the time to make it right. I’ll gladly buy from them again in the future.

Kipp Was my service rep he was Amazing. Knew exactly what I needed took care of my needs in a very timely manner He was very kind to an old lady. I also came in on Monday after 4. I'm sorry I don't know who the gentleman was that help me but he was also very helpful!
