Wow! How do you walk into a phone store ready to buy a new phone, get the worst and least helpful customer service ever, and leave without a phone when you have cash in your pocket? Waste of time to come to this store.

CJ & his team went above and beyond to help me with a very particular situation. I am so grateful for the patience and help they provided, and I will only ever go to the Aspen Grove location for all my Verizon needs.

Customer Service Managers and Associates would not assist me within 5 minutes of closing time on Black Friday. Terrible customer service, refused to assist with making an upgrade. I rushed in immediately from work to make it before closing, what a shame.

Walked in. Was not even acknowledged, when I finally get “helped” the young lady with the green hair says she cannot take my trade in phone EVEN though I had called customer service and they told me I could drop the old phones there at that specific location. She didn’t offer any other sort of help just walked away and sent me on my way. I just signed on with Verizon and I’m definitely not gonna be staying with them.

Went to this location due to a bad experience at SW plaza. Claude jumped right in and assisted me with the issue. Location was clean, workers were all nice, and the customer service was awesome. Worth the drive to go to a place that is actually gonna take care of you.

I had just purchased the new Google pixel 9 XL pro and I went to pick it up in the store and I asked for help getting a case for my phone. The young man wearing glasses said oh yeah I'll help. He then walked over to another group of people started helping them and completely ignore me and just left me sitting there. I wouldn't go here. I wouldn't purchase a phone here and I wouldn't purchase any accessories here.

John helped me out. I didn’t know him prior to going in today I went in with my iPhone inconsistently charging. He cleaned out the port with a special tool and I was on my way. Awesome customer service. Didn’t talk down to me, he just fixed my problem. No cost to me. Cool dude. I’ll be coming back for sure. Corporate location too. Which is nice.

We have had Verizon for a year and signed up at this location and since that day our bill has been incorrect multiple times, they didn’t help with trade ins , and the customer service is not that great . The manager Sydney was not very helpful and rude unfortunately. She was very dismissive and condescending (maybe it was just a bad day) but usually I have to call verizon customer service to get any problems resolved. It has overall not been a good experience and I’ve given the benefit of the doubt but have been let down. Just possibly consider a different Verizon location when going into the store or read the reviews before you go in so you know exactly what level of service to expect.

I normally hate going into phone stores as I have found them to be less than helpful ; however, my recent trip into this Verizon was a pleasant surprise. I had a somewhat complicated "problem," and they were all awesome - particularly Mason, who spent over an hour resolving my issue. Very happy about the service I received, plus friendliness and professionalism on top of it!!!

I frankly hate coming into these kinds of stores and the issues and time it takes as well as the endless sales pitching about all sorts of stuff I'm not looking to buy.
However, John was able to get me on my wifes plan and drop google fi and get my wife a new phone in a timely manner and the rest of staff were pleasant to be around while they played an assortment of pleasing music ranging from curtis mayfield to powerline from Disney's a goofy movie.
My suggestion to others who have issues with wait times do what I do and show tf up early.

Great location. The best thing about this Verizon store is that it is an official authorized Verizon store as opposed to a knock off. They can actually access your account and make changes to it. The customer service is not the best here, hence the 4 stars. The agent who helped me was rude and off put that I was asking her to do her job. Typical Gen Z employee.
