Liham was exceptional, really knew his stuff. Set up my new phone and was able to switch numbers with my old phone with a SIM card so I could have an at home backup phone. Took a while, but totally worth it.

Horrible Customer Service. Terrible training. All they want is a sell. They can't go over anything you ask questions about with an honest answer. It's almost a guessing game with these guys.

I took my friend, Dave, to get a new phone; Liam (There's an 'h' in there, but I don't quite remember where.) hooked him up with a better phone, better plan, autopay, and his veteran's discount- overall, made his life a lot easier. Had a great customer experience! Thank you, Liahm!

This is absolutely not a corporate store listen to me when I say enter with caution you will be taken advantage of financially . I paid all taxes and fees in store and was still charged an additional 400+ 2 bills after I did “3 Free upgrades on our phones “ and no one can seem to fix the situation my bill is usually around $400 and it’s was over $800 !
