It's a decent gym, but wildly overcrowded with high school kids in the evening. They've made several changes, aka "improvements," but I'm not sure how great they are - they seemed to be geared toward getting more soccer moms in there. There are also several pieces of equipment that have been broken for awhile (as of Dec 2024). When you're already fighting for a machine taking some of them away makes it worse. And what's the deal with the giant TVs? Are they gone now, too? No racquetball and no aerobics theater. Still, it's a decent place to work out if you have a flexible schedule. They do a good job of providing sani-wipes and the staff is typically very friendly and courteous.

Be prepared for a 70° pool that's been broken for more than six months. This place isn't very sanitary and you can tell.

I've been a member for two years now and I love this gym. It's become my safe space. The class options are great, the weight training options are also great. They really have something for everyone! Also the new renovations are such an upgrade. Lastly the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I recommend this gym to anyone in the Littleton area.

Free trial listed on website is a scam. When you show up they'll tell you that you have to sign up for a membership or pay $15 a person. We wanted to try the gym and see if we jive with the instructors before signing up but thats a no-go and the website is a scam.

This has gotta be one of the worst gyms to go to. Used to be a member left for a year due to cleanliness issues and bad environment. decided to go back and give it a try because I miss the sauna. Called earlier and asked if I could get a day pass to go for a night to try again. The person on the phone instructed me to go online and sign up for a day pass and then bring that in. I did and once at the counter was told I had to either sign up for a membership today or pay 15 dollars for a pass. I asked if I were to pay the 15 and decide to re sign if they would put that towards my first month and they said " it's the same product as the last time you came here so you should know what the gym is like already". I really wanted the sauna so I decided to pay. To my dismay as I was doing a tricep workout a worker decided the busiest time of day was rhe best time to spray WD-40 on all the pulleys of the workout equipment I was on. He then went and got some tools and started tinkering with the machine I was on as I was using it. Gym was so packed barely any equipment was open so I wasn't even able to target the muscle group I wanted today. All the lights are out currently in the back half of the gym so the whole turf section is dark. Half the basketball court is closed. All in all just a terrible experience and I was reminded why I left in the first place. Place just continuously gets worse over time I guess

VASA SW Littleton. I have been a member of VASA for 2 years. It started off well as a very reasonably priced gym, clean and friendly with many class options. I chose VASA because they have many cycle classes that are well attended by men and women. This week ALL cycling classes are discontinued to put in an extra cost studio for strength training. I don't believe the people doing free weights on the floor are going to attend a strength class in the new studio. They also just put in a new yoga extra cost studio. Not all of us are able to do yoga or want to. Now, my $25/month membership is including fewer class choices. So, basically, consider it a $45/month gym membership. I am able to attend the gym 2-3 times a week with work, kids, etc. It seems that even the gyms that start out well then become more costly and are all about making money. I realize VASA is no longer a new space but it certainly needs TLC in the locker rooms and with the machines especially with the rising costs to be a member.

I love this gym! Has something for everyone. Reasonable rates for classes, upgraded massage chairs, and wonderful staff/trainers. BROOKE LAMYUEN is the absolute best!!! Knowledgeable, friendly and cares about her work and her people. I am so excited about the new Flow yoga studio! Thanks for keeping me informed, Brooke!!

Not too busy compared to other locations. Was able to use the equipment I needed without any wait!

Been a member for about a month now. I like the facility; it could be cleaner, and a lot quieter. The music is so loud I can't concentrate, and hearing the group class music and yelling from the trainer while I'm in the pool and sauna is annoying. I might go back to chuse. Disappointed

Good gym! I've been to tons of gyms in Denver/Boulder/Co Spgs and this is my favorite. All they need is 4 more pec-fly machines and 7 more benches and I will give 5 stars. :)

Lots of young Christian people flaunting their muscles and their religious beliefs on their tshirts. It's an adequate gym. Great yoga classes with Teresa

Normally I wouldn’t write a bad review for a gym. My husband & I recently moved to the area so decided to try out all the gyms to see which one we liked best. We were told by multiple people that VASA had a free day trial; after going in, the woman at the counter told us it was $15 each for a day. I then said I was told it was free for the day trial after giving me an attitude, she eventually agreed. Once noticed we didn’t have in-state licenses yet, she asked to see a lease to prove I live in the area. I discussed this with the few people that mentioned the free trial & they said they didn’t do anything of that sort to get in. I did what I had to do to get in even though I felt it was SO UNNECESSARY. All of the workers at the counter seemed extremely friendly, except for her hostile nature the whole time we were being dealt with. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be coming back. Gym seemed clean, everything you needed, but that first impression just ruined it.

If I could give 0 stars I would
They tore out the Fitness Cinema. Not worth going. Always too crowded and people are rude. Something is always broken here too or closed. It’s a waste of money
