He kept it simple and didn't try and up sell me on something I don't need. They had a nice selection of glass and many unique items. It's definitely worth checking out if your in the area.”

He explained how they source their products and how their employees are able to live with good wages. He explained some GREAT things happening for the employees of Kraken Abby's.That customer would make his purchase and leave.My turn to approach the counter.I almost couldn't speak because I was so ashamed that I couldn't afford to get my product and pay for this great cause.I explained that I was on a budget and used to paying a certain price. In all reality, I shouldn't have been in there to begin with. I had lost my job two months prior. The holiday seasons were rough.We got to talking and sharing stories. I felt a bond forming at this time.The clerk wasn't the clerk, but was actually the owner of the shop.His name is (Doc) and he and his wife are incredible nice people.He gave me a generous discount.I Made my purchase and we proceeded to swap stories and laugh.On my way out, I was gifted one more BLESSING ?.You have no idea what that meant to me during this dark time.You know what they say,A happy customer is a loyal customer ?Thank you Doc”

“This is a very well-ran business. My first time here. Great service, knowledgeable, and the biggest inventory I’ve seen. Matt P is a knowledgeable and passionate tender, and took time to give me an education. The manager walked in (sorry don’t remember his name!) and was human and cool. Rare to find competent and cool in one room. Oh, and, I was surprised by the price—lower than I have seen. Highly recommend.”
