All I can say is WOW! Came in Saturday to do a Address change, and add a PO box (first time),while living in hotels until a permanent address."NICK R" offered me some of the best customer mailing services I've probably ever gotten!He was patient, Informative, and super cool while helping many other people coming in at the same time.I literally went back and forth with him like 10 times!You just don't get this type of service anymore from nowhere...NICK R is fricking great!!!I ran a business for a while and many years in sales, this dude has got "Customer Service Swagger".Thanks NICK!

What a joke this place is. I keep getting mail for someone that doesn't live at my house, and was trying to figure it out with some short guy with glasses named Edward working behind the desk. This clerk decides to go "postal" on me and have a meltdown in front of 10 other customers, puts a "closed" sign on his window, and ran into the back after cursing me out and refusing to get a supervisor or help me further.What a bunch of class A professionals at this location, your tax dollars hard at work folks.That Edward guy should lose his job. (Oh wait, it's union... He can be as much of a jerk as he want)

I wish I'd asked the man who helped me his name: he was older, and went above and beyond. I'm not able to see how large the envelopes are: he took the time to assist me in locating the correct size, and packaging my items, all the while letting me know what he was doing with such a friendly tone. I wish I lived closer: the staff here are much better than the employees on Iris Street: they actually make you feel like a person, not someone who is a number or wasting their time.

This post office is awful. The people who work here pay no attention to best practices when it comes to customer service. I arrived today just before 5pm (closing time) to mail my Christmas gifts and proceeded to get in line and then a post office clerk said to me "I'm sorry but we cannot take anymore customers this evening.." When I asked him why, he said because the line is too long and they have to get trucks loaded and its going to take too long with the customers they already have in line (!!). There were about 8 customers ahead of me. I showed him the time on my phone and explained that it's 4:58pm and that I arrived before their closing time, but he still refused me service and said I'd have to come back tomorrow. ??What made it even worse is that one of the customers waiting in line decided to agree with the clerk and repeat the same thing to me SERIOUSLY?! I was shocked! Too bad these government-run outfits have no competion to squash them out of business. They're the WORST!

Ruth, our mail carrier, is exceptional! She proactively reached out when we were receiving misplaced mail, ensuring accurate deliveries by having us list residents. Her dedication to service, coupled with thoughtful touches like treats for our dog, sets her apart. Grateful for a mail carrier who goes above and beyond!

Nearly every day I get mail half of it is just other people's mail so I have to do their job for them. I hope I'm not the only one who redirects mail that isn't for them. Anyway it's been too long, too many problems and it's pathetic. That and the rude staff makes me use other Post Offices even though it's less convenient. This is Littleton's post office and it should be a good one. Needs help, seriously!

What a waste of time! They have a self serve kiosk but rarely have it stocked priority envelopes or anything else leaving unable to use. I have asked multiple times and get the excuse that they have the envelopes, but they are they only one working. This has been a week now. Today, I go in and there is nothing stocked still, one person in front of me and only one person working, The self serve would have taken me 2 minutes to use and be done. Today it took over 20 minutes with only one person in front of me. At least 5 people left the line and it was still 10 people deep by the time I left. Just a complete waste of everyone's time not to even use the systems in place!
