0 stars ATM ate my money and bank refuses to give it back. They insist I have to do all kinds of legwork and put the effort on my credit union and I have to wait 90 days for a resolution because of "policy". The policy is so wrong and so messed up. They blame me for not banking locally and blame me for "wasting my time".

Avoid this bank and all costs. When making deposits, their ATMs consistently malfunction and steal cash. I have repeatedly informed them about this and asked them to fix it and they will do absolutely nothing. They refuse to reimburse me for the stolen cash (hundreds of dollars at this point). I spoke with the branch manager, and he was extremely rude and condescending and told me he will do nothing to fix it because "this happens all the time." What on earth?? You steal money from people all the time? No, sir, this does not happen at ATMs all the time. It happens only at your bank all the time. This man needs to be put in jail.

This is the worst bank. I only wanted to ask some questions and was shut down by the manager. I have never had a good experience with US Bank. Do not bank with them.

Exactly the same review as the other '0' star reviews. These people lied to my face, lack any sense of compassion or respect, don't answer their phones or get back to you, are devoid of any amount of professionalism or accountability.Ironically Wells Fargo ended up helping me and did everything right!

By far, BY FAR the worst bank one could ever bank with. Be aware, not only is the bank a bad place to trust your money with, the branch in Littleton is completely awful, unhelpful and non-informative. After trusting US Bank with our funds for the past thirteen years, they decided to terminate our accounts (personal and business). A letter in the mail was sent to us saying our accounts would be closed on a certain date. We contacted them immediately. The banker we talked to on the phone stated, "there is nothing I can see on my end about your accounts being closed. Your accounts are in good standing. Please disregard the letter." So we did. Three weeks later I went to get gas and my debit card would not work. My husband called fraud protection...nothing. We called US Bank and the man on the phone could not give us any answers. So we drove to the branch in Littleton off Bowles and Wadsworth. Sat down with the banker and asked him what was going on. He informed us our accounts were closed and our money was being sent to us in the mail. We should receive it in seven to ten business days. The money we live off was not going to be accessible for seven to ten business days? Are you kidding? We asked him why all this was happening. He exclaimed he was not able to disclose that information. We simply replied, "why not?" He got defensive and rude and stated, "it's not my fault!" He sent us away with no answers and no access to OUR money. We called another number associated with US Bank to get answers, again no help. We then drove to the branch in Lone Tree. The branch in Lone Tree at least had better customer service. Again though, they couldn't give us answers. After an hour of confusion and just trying to get our money sooner than later, it came down to the bank teller talking on my husband's phone to a man from the corporate office. The bank teller was able to get us our money in hand from our personal account. Unfortunately our business account money we would not see for ten days. Talk about struggle when you're trying to run a small business. Thanks to the man at the Lone Tree branch for helping us! We still have no answers as to why our accounts were closed. We're not millionaires, just "average Joes" who's accounts have, for the most part, been in good standing. Not only did we have to deal with this whole debacle... to add on to it... a transaction was made two days prior to our accounts being closed, however it processed the day after our accounts closed. We were slapped with a late fee. My husband went to pay it over the phone and they would not accept payment over the phone. So he had to go into the branch to pay the fee. US Bank in Littleton would only accept cash pay and no other form. Oh, and you guessed it...no explanation. We are now with Chase Bank and they have been absolutely great!

Robin is great, she has helped me a few times and she has been so delightful, helpful, and polite. All the staff is super welcoming and friendly, and everyone was following Covid guidelines which is awesome!

Don't waste your valuable time waiting in the drive through lanes for 25-45 minutes. There are typically 2 tellers, one lane is broken and won't be fixed per the manager, and they really don't want to serve you. Four locations have merged into one branch with little help and the manager that will encourage you to do everything online or through the app because corporate had no plans of opening the lobby to date and they are frustrated with unhappy customers throughout the day.

One would think banking would be an \"essential\" service. Apparently not!
