I was forced here by Amazon to return my products. The guy there actually tried to charge me to send the return back! Fraud! I wonder how many don't want to hassle with the return anymore and just pay this scammer. If he is unable to abide by the Agreement between UPS and Amazon then he should be removed. I left, called Amazon and they changed my return to Kohls. No problems there what so ever.

My local UPS store can be summed up in two words efficient and friendly. Everyone; staff, managers and owners are always ready with a smile and a how are you? I especially appreciate the extra kindness and interest they show, as it seems to be a rarity these days.

Absolutely terrible, not only did they lock up early, they also stared at me through the window showing zero care for the fact that they are suppose to close at 5, no sooner, no later. And all I needed was to pickup a package because Corporate UPS doesn't understand instructions when it comes to shipping
