First time in the store, not greeted by several team members that I walked by. Went in for a product that is specialized, only knew one brand that had it. The team member said they didn’t carry it anymore. Didn’t offer help finding something that would replace it and the rest of the staff, aside from the one cashier, was busy having personal conversations rather than assisting customers on the floor or the line to check out. Guess customers don’t matter and no wonder they have a 2.5 rating.

I haven’t shopped at Ulta in years due to their very predatory ways of collecting your personal information. However, I needed some thing and they were next to another store and I’m out of time so I popped in.
The staff at this location were very nice and helpful. However, as I went to check out, i was informed the store has a policy of not accepting returns unless it’s associated with a phone number. Even with a receipt.
When I’m trying to buy a product for $50 that I’m not sure about I do not appreciate having my ability to return, said product being based on whether or not, I allowed them to have my phone number.
Looks like I will continue to not spend my money at Ulta.

Just had a really unpleasant experience here because of a very mean blonde manager who’s a bit older and wearing all black just like another reviewer mentioned. I got a foundation online because it wasn’t available in store even though I would’ve preferred to color match the first time. Sure enough it’s the wrong color, so I took it to another store which didn’t have an exchange available, so they told me to come here. After a long drive, what a mistake it was to come here. The first thing the manager says is “we don’t do that here this is a one time item” and as she’s walking off, says “you should’ve just come in person the first time to get a shade match” like excuse me? I told you as soon as I walked in that wasn’t an option. After seeing previous reviews your store clearly has a problem with her!!! We all have immense grief in life and your bad day doesn’t need to become mine. All you needed to do was scan it in the end. Thank god someone else there knew what to do. Not so hard.

An older lady with blonde hair about shoulder length who looks like a manager was very rude and dismissive of my needs when I came in today. It’s clear she was having a bad day and should have stayed home instead. If you can’t handle going into work, don’t go at all

I stopped in a few days ago to buy some giftcards and check out their deals. Never been to this location before. But when me and my bf walked in. We browsed around for a bit before we were approached by a blonde lady with shoulder length hair. It looked like she might be a manager there. She asked if we needed help finding anything but by the look on her face, it did not seem like she was too happy to help us. I asked her about some sales I saw online and she said they did not have any of those items. I thanked her for her “help” and we kept browsing. She was chatting with a coworker but as soon as we headed to a different part of the store she kept following us. I just find it strange that she had all that time to follow us and chat meanwhile several sections in the store were messy. Priorities I guess. The cashier who helped us was very friendly. Unfortunately the manager made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

I brought my daughter here for a fun NYE makeup session. She's only 8 but loves to play with makeup. Cinthia did her makeup in a very age appropriate way and taught her some blending basics along the way. She then did my makeup. My daughter and I both had fun and learned a little along the way, and left feeling beautiful.

Rude Manager I came in looking for my usual travel favorite hair mask from Argan. I asked a blonde lady wearing all black and from the minute she turned around and grimaced I knew it was going to be interesting conversation. I asked for the one time hair mask from Argan and she insisted it didn’t exist. I eventually found it and showed her where it was since she has really dry blonde hair. Hannah at the register was really friendly and helpful and has great hair!
