Rude rude rude. This location has always been so rude everytime. Tried returning something past 60 days just for a gift card like I did two weeks ago at aspen grove. This guy wearing a mask and can barely understand said we couldn’t do anything. Aspen grove has never had issues with doing tuis before. Will never be coming back to this location again. Also rude

Took my two young black daughters into the store so that they could get a few items from the bubble collection. The staring from all the white employees made my 11 year old so uncomfortable that she asked me why were they all staring at us/ watching us shop. How do I explain to her that some people are still truly Ignorant because of a skin tone? It’s so funny that the slogan on the entry door says “ hate has no home here” like two ladies were huddled up watching us like we were about to run out the door! Absolutely the worst experience visiting that ultra location in Littleton Colorado ever. Will never return.

I went to the brow bar at the Belleview Shores location. Moriah was my tech. She was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. She shared a lot of great information with me regarding brows and did an excellent job on my wax and tint. I am so satisfied and highly recommend Ulta and Moriah. Other staff was cordial and helpful too. Overall great experience. I will be back.

Would not recommend getting your ears pierced here. My piercer was not experienced and was not ready to perform this service. I went in to get my third lobe piercing. One of my piercings looks great, the other ear is another story. The first piercing was on the edge of my ear and bleed a lot. Then the second piercing wasn't properly aligned. I ended up taking it out all together. When I called the salon manager to tell her what happened and hoping to get a refund (and to forget about my experience) she seems more concerned about me driving all the way back to give her the jewelry back (It was only $55 for the set of earrings) rather than the horrible experience I had.

Had one of the rudest and unfriendly cashiers I have ever encountered. Made me very uncomfortable.I believe her name was universe, just hope she doesn’t treat all costumers this way

Worst working and shopping experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone if you are trying to avoid a toxic store where employees don’t care how they treat you.

Cashier Bethany with the blue hair and yellow-green eyeshadow was super rude and abrasive at checkout for no reason. Also charged me twice and I had to get a refund from the manager while she kept side eyeing me lol

This is the worst Ulta I’ve ever been to. I have been there a fair amount usually knowing what I need, but the last few times I’ve needed help the staff has been far from helpful. Today there were four staff members sitting on the floor while people were looking for help and wandering around. A couple weeks ago I asked an employee to help match a concealer and she was reluctant, then eventually just held up some concealers next to my face and “found a match.” It was far from a match and I had to return. Especially after this experience today, safe yourself the hassle and go to Sephora. I was greeted within seconds by a staff that was quick to assist me in what I was looking for.

Service was great for the most part, except when checking out, the cashier was not very focused. I was asked several times if I would like a bag, and after saying yes each time, still did not receive a bag.

The store is a great place to go as there is pretty much all you’ll need there when it comes down to getting gifts or browsing for that special someone. Majority of the staff is amazing excluding two individuals. Alexis and Denette. I’ve witnessed and encountered multiple instances of poor management and going so far as discrimination against some of the other staff members. Everything from attitude towards an employee aiding a customer who needs help or Rudely talking down to an employee even in front of customers. Half of the staff will walk out of there if the current management stays, it’s very bad in there and I feel horrible for some of the girls in there. They deserve better.

The staff here except for two in particular are EXTREMELY sweet and kind! Denette and Alexis got on my nerves.. I noticed they did not treat all the employees fairly or even right at all. One or multiple employees would be working their booties off, while a few would be literally doing nothing. There was this one wonderful young lady who didn't catch her name that would run all over the store, almost as if she hadn't caught a break. To be honest, I'm not sure how these two women have their jobs with the way I've seen them treat the employees, and I wouldn't be shocked if people walked out on them

This is a great place to get beauty services. I got the best hair cut and style. My hair was lighter and soft as ever. I would get tangles in it and now I do not. Everyone's friendly
