Their upper management must be horrible because every time I go in their attitudes are awful!!!
Especially the women that take in consignment, they stink and reek of cigarette smoke, and are downright rude. When you ask them questions it’s just not worth the time!!

Staff is not the friendliest and prices are high for used clothing. Most of the name brand items, you can purchase new for what they have it priced.

I've been coming to this consignment store since the day it opened. I've also been consigning here. It's not the best consignment store, but it happened to be closer to me than some other stores.
I had a past experience whe When the message left on their phone line said they were taking Clothing items, but when I went in there They were not taking Clothing at all.
The clerk at the time was very kind and apologized and told me to call and talk to someone personally before I brought items in… Just in case.
So last week, I did exactly that as I did many times Before, I called prior to going in with all of my items and the young lady I was speaking with told me they Taking fall clothing.
However, when I got to the store, they said they had stopped taking Clothing.
I was quite frustrated because it does take a while To load up my car and drive all the way out there.
This time the person I spoke to was Extremely rude. At no point did she say I'm so sorry you had to go through this. And in fact, went out of her way when I left to say "nice to meet you" in a very sarcastic voice.
Turns out she was a manager there, and her name was Madison.
I am not going to the store to drop off anymore, the turnstile consignment at Southwest Plaza mall is much more professional, and Nicer and actually the clothing And items there are nicer as well!
I also recommend Clothes mentor near Park Meadows as well as the Clothes mentor near Southwest Plaza mall! All three of those stores Way nicer! And the customer service is also more professional and kinder.

Decent selection of thrifted goods. There are some unique finds, and they have a decent selection on used furniture items. Some things were a little overpriced, in my opinion. Also, some items seemed really worn out.

All the people that work here (except Kayley) are crazy and abusive to their employees. Super ableist and I don't recommend giving them business - aside from that, they are incredibly picky about what they can and can't take. There is no purpose of consigning with them when they don't take most of what you bring in, and you only get like 30% of the sale.

I find amazing things here from time to time. Winter is a great time for furniture finds. They also have clothing, jewelry, purses, shoes and decor items sorted by color and use. Neat place! Always worth scoping out!

Beware this place is shady! They take in your consignment items then the employees give it a misleading description in your account and basically steal it from you. They hold all of the cards and you have no way of tracking what happened to your items. Around Christmas of 2021 I brought in a Department 57 collectible Ice Palace. It was in really great shape complete with box and all of the original packaging. A few days later I stopped in to check on the item and found that it was behind the register on the floor, not on display. The employee informed me that they were holding it for a customer until it went down to half price! I informed the employee that in that case I intended to take the item back. Despite the fact that I was taking the item back due to their shady practices it is their policy to charge the customer $5 to take their own item(s) back despite the fact that my item was sitting right there in front of us. Fast forward 2 years later around Christmas 2023 I brought the same Department 57 Ice Palace back along with some nice jewelry and clothing. I took a picture of everything that I consigned. The person who checked my items in was blonde, thin and she was wearing a house arrest ankle bracelet which gave me pause but as consignment goes they are really the only game in town for the type of things that I had to sell. I mentioned to this gal my experience two years ago with the Ice Palace being placed behind the counter until it went half price to which she replied "well, I'm the Manager and that's not going to happen again." She accepted almost all of my items. I went back a few days later to check on the more valuable items. The Ice Palace was nowhere to be found and mind you this was around Christmas so it should have been out on the sales floor. The jewelry was missing too. The employee behind the counter was really rude to me. She looked up my account and on each line it said that I had brought in "BOWS" and that all of my items had be "DONATED" as they had been deemed not good enough to sell. I told the sales person that I did not bring in anything like bows and asked if she was looking at the right account. She snapped at me "well this is your name isn't it" as if to imply that there could be no mistakes made on their end. That is when she informed me that just because they accept an item (leading the customer to believe that it will be placed on the sales floor) that they can at any time decide that an item is not salable and "DONATE" it. I take that to mean STEAL it. I am done with this sleazy place!

The older shorter lady is so unbelievably rude and mean!!! It reminded me why I stop going to shop there .

We used to go here all the time and I loved everything that they had. I don't know if it's new owners or what's going on but the quality is just not what it used to be.

This place is a joke!!! Do not come here!! My child was abused by them and the judicial system failed to bring us any form of justice. Although solid evidence was presented, (including nanny cam video) influence ,power and money make people like these invincible. Please help me and my son hold the people who violated him accountable. You can do this by giving one star and never supporting them.

So much for customer service.... This place is a great if you want to be treated like crap. The manager CRYSTAL is a nasty woman, doesn't like men and will try and over talk you no matter what you have to say. I finally had to get loud and tell her to stop talking and let me get a word in sideways. She just kept repeating READ YOUR CONTRACT, devoid of ANY kind of manners. I think she thought I was her husband. I had brought a few items in over time and started noticing that I wasn't getting paid. I asked her when the antique jade plate and salt and pepper shaker had sold. She barked at me and told me that they were donated to Goodwill and how I need to read my contract. I asked her where the rest of my items are, she said "how should I know, go look for them. REALLY, REALLY!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND LIE. I'm not some kid I'm 65 and don't take kindly to being insulted in front other customers, and berated and lied to. ANYONE LOOKING TO CONSIGN ANYTHING SHOULD NOT GO HERE. Check their 2 star rating and you'll see why, they are crooks. There are plenty of smaller consignment stores around go to them, but avoid this place and that nasty woman.

I don’t understand how the lady running this store hasn’t been fired. Not only is she extremely rude. I witnessed her screaming at an employee for no reason. I’ll never be back. Hopefully they fire her for the sake of the company and employees wellbeing.
