“I had a good experience overall! Great customer service, friendly and responsive team. They diagnosed my wheel bearing suspicion accurately and fixed it quickly. Which other shops miss diagnosed. The car drives great now!
Only feedback, I was advised to get a $150 alignment, but since no suspension parts were touched as far as I know, I wasn’t sure it was necessary. I went ahead with it for peace of mind but would’ve appreciated more context on whether any suspension components were actually affected.
Edit: I've used this shop many times now and am very satisfied!”

I took my aging Honda in because of a annoying vibration and a mysterious noise. Ram listening to it idle then took it for a test drive. He returned then felt the running motor and said the vibration was a motor mount problem. After neutralizing the mounts, the vib was gone !
Then Jason, Ram's righthand man, put it up on a lift and 3 mechanics got underneath and listened for the noise. They pinpoint its location. and Jason printed out a schematic diagram and explained the location and situation.
These guys go way over and above expectations as the other 5* reviews have said.

“CBA took really good car of me. My car has been super great and low maintenance but I knew it was getting high in miles. Last place I took my previous car to did not serve me well. So I wanted to try a new place and heard good things about the castle rock location.
So in my last oil change I had them do an inspection to see if there's any major milestone maintenance I should get done. They gave a good inspection report and I had them do a few things.
Price was reasonable. Maybe a bit more than my previous place but with the price came good quality. And the price was still reasonable.
Also since I live close they gave me a shuttle ride service home and for pickup! Super great service, I will use them again!”

“My experience with Toy Automative was awesome. I needed to get my both differentials and CVT fluid replaced in my 2020 Outback XT and they had the most competitive pricing out of about 8 shops that I spoke too.
They provided me with an accurate quote ahead of time and when I brought the car in to have the work done, they we're extremely transparent and had my best interest in mind, not theirs.
They identified a small leak at the front of my transmission and called me to have me reach out to the dealer to see if this would be a warranty fix, and IT WAS. Their proactive concern saved me about $400 and the dealer will fix and replace fluid for free.
They also identified an issue with the engine drain plug and recommended I handle this before I take it into the dealer to avoid that voiding my warranty work.
Overall, very happy with my experience! Super nice staff.”

“Very friendly staff. Took our truck to get an oil change and the did A complementary inspection, which was nice to know if anything else on the vehicle needed repaired or not. The work got done in a timely manner. They also offer five oil changes for $299 Which is a good deal and I will be purchasing. I will be bringing all my other vehicles to get Christian Brothers automotive.”
“Jeff and Devin at EAS have proven to be HONEST and responsible. After a repair job on a transmission seal, my van continued to have a leak. I authorized additional work that could have cost thousands. As they again disassembled the axle seal, they determind their tech had failed to reassemble the original job correctly. They easily could have proceeded with the unnecessary repair but instead HONESTLY admitted the techs error and completed the original job correctly AND reimbursed me 100% for the original repair costs. THANK YOU JEFF AND DEVIN!”
