“I was driving down Broadway the other night when I scraped the underbody of my Lexus on a steel plate on the pavement. That ripped open a protective flap, which dragged on the pavement as I drove home. My son and his fiance were coming to town, and I didn’t want to pick them up with a grinding noise under the hood, or to have the flap fall off and get lost.
The next morning I had to be downtown at 9:00 am, after which I would need the car all day. So I showed up 7:00 a.m. at a repair shop I’d used before. I didn’t expect they could fix it on the spot, but hoped they could at least diagnose the problem and remove the flap so I could save it. But they couldn’t even look at it until the afternoon.
Rushing over, I made by 7:15 it to Town Center Auto Repair, where Tommy, the owner, helped me out. The mechanic already on duty was busy, but when Josh, a second mechanic, arrived at 7:30,Tommy put him right on it. After inspecting it, Josh set to work and quickly welded it back together. I made that 9:00 appointment on time, with the car all fixed and ready for my family. Thanks to Tommy and Josh, I didn’t have to wait or spend extra money on a replacement part. Kudos to them both!”

“I run an auto repair shop in Colorado Springs. My son's car broke down on a Friday while I was heading out of town. I decided to have the car towed to Taylor Automotive becaise he works in Littleton. The car got there in the afternoon and was diagnosed and fixed before closing time at 5pm. Well come Monday we found out they got a defective part. Here's where most consumers don't understand our side of the situation. We spend a lot of time building rapport with vendors to not only get the best cost for our customers but best product too. Well bad parts happen. I get defective parts from the dealer as well as aftermarket. David had my kids car towed back to the shop, fixed it and DELIVERED it back to my son's work. I almost never let my kids take their car anywhere but my shop. John and David went above and beyond to rectify a problem they couldn't forsee. Its been about two weeks and the car is starting everytime just like it should. Great job Taylor Automtive and thank you for getting my kid back on the road.”
“I needed an alternator last week, and I had AAA take it to Randy's. The driver said many of their calls are to take cars there.
I wanted it for the weekend, and the mechanic and Randy and his son stayed an hour after closing on a Friday evening to get my car done! That is FAMILY service that is rare today!
I have never used anyone but Randy's. Compare Randy's to other places. The Toyota place wanted to charge more than double just for servicing. And they were fast and competent and are always honest and never EVER tell me that I need something that I do not. Years ago, my tires were low, so I took my car to Good Year to have air put in; and they told me I should not leave there without new tires. I thanked then and drove to Randy's. They put air in my tires, rotated them for FREE and told me to come back nine months later before winter. Tons of people from my church go to him, including my pastor, and tons of my friends and ALL thank me for recommending Randy's to them......for honesty, dependability, and getting the job done and GREAT PRICES. If you think they are high, get another opinion! :-) Trust me, Randy's is a great deal all round.....and a great family American business that we need more of.”

“Jeff and Devin at EAS have proven to be HONEST and responsible. After a repair job on a transmission seal, my van continued to have a leak. I authorized additional work that could have cost thousands. As they again disassembled the axle seal, they determind their tech had failed to reassemble the original job correctly. They easily could have proceeded with the unnecessary repair but instead HONESTLY admitted the techs error and completed the original job correctly AND reimbursed me 100% for the original repair costs.
