As a family that has always owned Toyota & Lexus vehicles we have been loyal to Scott and Beth for over 30 years. As they would move around in the early years prior to owning their own shop...everywhere they would go, we would go. We live in southeast Aurora and still drive to Ken Caryl just so we can stay with them. They are the kindest, most honest and thorough mechanics we have ever known. They also happen to be some of the kindest, most genuine and thoughtful people we know. They truly care about you and your vehicle; they understand how important it is to keep everything in tip-top condition, not just because you have invested a great deal into your vehicle, but because it is a matter of utmost safety for you and your family. We trust them implicitly. Hands down the best repair shop in the state!

Been going to Toy for years and finally getting around to leaving a much overdue review. We have had 4 Toyota vehicles over the years and they've never seen another bay as long as the title has been in our name. Toy consistently under promises and over delivers. I have complete confidence in their ability and trust this place completely. That's saying a lot for me, and really for any auto shop. Prices are extremely fair and I always trust them to give me a straight answer and never up sell. It's what keeps us coming back and recommending whenever we have the chance. I never feel like I'm getting the run around, they will explain everything in as much or as little detail as you need. They have true professionals up front and talented folks working on the cars. Toy has always done right by us and they have a customer for life. Thank you, Toy!

The best shop I've had the pleasure of using for my Subaru Impreza all these years.
Unfortunately, not worth the cost to keep my 2003 Suby running anymore. Picked up a Honda. Cheers mates!

Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fair. I love this shop, been going there for decades.
The entire facility is spotless including the shop area.
They have always been honest with me, and know their stuff inside and out. They take the time to explain what the repairs are exactly and the cost, and if you have any options.
I don't think they need the business but if you have a Suby or Toy, don't take it anywhere else!

We really appreciate everything about this place! We were growing tired of the “big box” service centers and decided to try Toy Automotive. Matt and the crew were fantastic! They Saved us some money on delaying an unnecessary repair but also went above and beyond with a thorough inspection. On another occasion, they quickly diagnosed a strange rattle and took care of it on the spot. Looking forward to many more stops to this place!

This place is trustworthy and they thoroughly explain repairs which somewhat lessons the pain of expensive repairs. They offer OEM alternatives in parts which are less costly.

Thank you Triston for helping me today! My back wiper motor wasn't working. He said lets go and take a look at what's going on. It was just a stuck pin and it was back to working again! I have been going there for many years and they truly are the best! Thank you for your honesty, taking the time and going up and above in customer service! I’ve gotten new wheels/tires (AEV Saltas w/Falken Wildpeaks) and an alignment on my truck done here. The truck drives perfectly. We also got tires (Michelin CrossClimates) and a windshield on my wife’s car taken care of here. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend both of those tires ?.

I have had nothing but wonderful service from Toy automotive staff and the owners have been very helpful at any time they go out of their way to help me with my older Toyota I have over 300,000 miles and I have never had any issues with them, helping me at any time they go way out of their way to help me. and I will only go to Toyota motive to have my Toyota repaired. Do not trust anybody else for the work they do this place is very clean always helpful.

You know when mechanics tell you you're wrong even when you give them a printout from a forum with people experiencing the same problem, so you take your truck somewhere else, and it turns out you were right? This place will also recommend suspension lifts for undercarraige noises, and a custom PDA Road Gear stereo setup for a broken speaker on a 20 year-old truck.

In Colorado for the stock show, issue with the lx and they handled it with ease. I loved the service and knowledge of the people in the shop. Wouldn’t think twice about taking all of my vehicles there.
