It's really fast. It can wash multiple cars at the same time, so there's almost never any wait, and it only takes a minute or two.

I use to love Tommy's express because it was very convenient. I tried the free month which made me get the membership but after my last experience I decided to never come back, and chose to wash my car manually. I bought a brand new car I got in the beginning of 2023 and once I got into the wash I heard a big thud on my car. I brushed it off drove out of the car wash after 4 minutes of realizing my rear windshield wipers were completely missing I went into panic mode and called them to find out they had it. I went back for it grabbed it and carried on. Just to find out the windshield wipers were busted up and now I have to replace my rear windshield wipers. Super inconvenient.

I have a large HD pickup and the dryers always fail to get the tailgate and rear window. I always hand dry anyhow so not a big deal. Good value for the monthly subscription vs individual washes. I like to keep my truck clean and Tommy’s delivers

Good car wash with kind employees. Easy to use app for subscription washes.The wash could be a bit more gentle, but I assume it's a deeper clean on purpose.

Definitely one of the better car washes I’ve been to in years. Car went through and came out on the other side with a shine like it hasn’t had in a long time. Staff was very helpful, namely a young man by the name of Jlan, who helped get my car through the wash in a timely manner. Will be returning next time for sure.

I absolutely love this carwash. Everyone is always helpful a young man named Jlan is always cheerful and is always willing to help when I come thru. I Always go here for washes because they’re so cheap. Every time i’ve had great interactions with staff! Have seen the employee Hayden a couple of times and he’s very accommodating and helpful. All the employees are kind and the wash is great!Service: Vacuuming

Went to the car wash today to get a wash. The gentleman named Hayden at the window was very kind and helped me get an amazing wash. 10/10 would recommend this car wash to anyone in the area over the other car washes.
