I called into Titan yesterday with a somewhat random door air leaking problem on a new vehicle that the dealer has given me no help with. Eric told me to come in the following morning at 10am. He and Alex were waiting for me when I arrived and did their best to resolve my issue while mind melting with me about any possible solutions.
I am thankful for their time and efforts and I plan to return with my wife’s vehicle to repair her hail damage we’ve been putting off.

Alex did a GREAT job repairing a fender-bender issue on the right rear corner of our 2018 Rav-4. He magically repaired the damage and painted the full bumper and other parts all in a 48 hour timeframe, and it looks like nothing ever happened! And at a VERY reasonable price!! I’ve found my go-to collision repair specialist!!!

In all honesty, the phone is not well answered; fortunately, Alex responds to texts much better. He did a difficult 2 plane dentless repair on a body line. He exceeded my expectations as I was hoping for an 80% improvement and he delivered a flawless result. For this, I would gladly use him again.

Incompetent. Over a year later and still haven't fixed the car after receiving the insurance money. They had to reimburse the place that we found to finally do the work. Always an excuse why they can't do the work. Even their credit card was declined by the alternate place. Have spent 20 hours dropping the car off, picking it up unfinished, and multiple trips back and forth. Don't believe a word Alex says. Putting in an insurance fraud claim.

gave this one star because I had to give a rating but this is literally the worst shop I've ever dealt with. Had to tow it for body repairs after an accident and they proceeded to give me a 4 month timeline that turned into a 10 month timeline full of lies and false information. Literal -10/10 wont recommend to anyone for any services absolutely horrible shop
