One of the best toy stores around!! They have a great selection of toys and they even have some stuff out on display for people to try out. And get this...they offer GIFT WRAPPING!! For $1 a package too!! The staff do such an amazing job with gift wrapping and there are so many adorable options for wrapping paper. And speaking of the staff, they are also super friendly and always willing to point you in the right direction whenever you need any help or suggestions.
Overall this store is amazing and I will always be a loyal customer! If you are ever in need of a present for a child, this store is the place to go!! ????

I was in here a few days ago and had an amazing experience! Sam, Marie, and Jaren made sure I was very well taken care of, helping me with recommendations and gift wrapping, which looked amazing! When I was in here, I did see a few teenagers try to steal which I saw the employees intervene. Don't believe every review on here. Those trolls are here to ruin amazing stores like this one!

My nieces love coming in here! They have a huge selection of fun, amazing quality toys! The staff is unmatched! I've been coming in for years and never ever had a bad experience! I hope they continue to grow and open new stores!

My humans and I love this location. They have 2 others and a new one opening In Northfield tomorrow (10/4/2024) at Noon!!! Every time we come in here, We're greeted with a smile and hello from the staff. That is not something we get when we shop anywhere else. The store is always happy, clean and full of fun options to pick from. We really like that we can get our gifts wrapped for a dollar a piece and there's even some stuff out to try! Stop by and say hi to these guys. You won't regret it!

I went in and bought Volleyshot this past weekend. This game is so much fun! It's made to play with another person but I catch myself trying to coordinate hitting it with both hands. Left hand against Right hand. I highly recommend this toy store. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back!!!

The selection of educational toys here is great and it's easy for me to shop for both of my kiddos even though one is 4yrs old and one is 12yrs old! Great staff!

This was the worst experience ever!! Me and 4 of my friend went here for my sisters birthday and she was so exited this was all she wanted to do today. Not even 30 seconds of being there we are told we need to keep our purses at the counter but as other people came In they didn’t have to put their bags up front. We were over by the jelly cats trying to pick one out and the workers Marie, Sam, and Jaern wouldn’t leave the isle that we were in blocking us from moving around. We were told multiple times to stop touching things while we were still trying to decide what we wanted to buy and we overheard them talking, Marie said I’ll just stay over here by them just in case. We noticed a security guard walked in as we were getting ready to pay for our things and go and he just walked around the store watching us. As we were checking out we grabbed our purses back and while I was at the cash register one of my friends mind you she is brown, went to look at something and they yelled at her that she can’t walk around with her purse again while 3 other customers were all there with there purses. We have been coming to this store for years since I have a 5 year old nephew and he loves that store but after this experience I will not be back!!

It is my girlfriends birthday today, all she wanted to do today, was come here to timbuk toys to look at and buy stuffed animals and all the cool little trinkets you guys have. I of course promised her we would and we planned our day around it. It was me, my girlfriend, her 2 best friends, and her little sister. We immediately within 30 seconds of being inside we’re asked to put our bags up front. We thought, maybe they have been getting stuff stolen lately, so didn’t think more of it. Then immediately heard and saw 2 employees whispering, staring, and acting weird towards us. We continued shopping and looking around, we were laughing and touching the stuffed animals until those same 2 employees came and literally put themselves between us. We realized and immediately felt extremely uncomfortable. As we were shopping they asked to not touch certain things, and said and I quote “don’t touch that!” “Stop doing that!” While we were ready and excited buyers. Me and my girlfriends family’s have been coming here for YEARS.. never again will we be showing our face or giving our business to this establishment. I am barely scratching the surface of how uncomfortable we all felt while they were just watching us and staring and pretending to move items just to keep an eye on us. As we were walking towards checkout we saw a security guard , that was not there when we came in, up in front just pacing around. They 100% called him, he left within 3 minutes probably due to the fact that he realized we were never stealing and never were planing to….. the names of the employees that made us uncomfortable were told to us while covering there name tags.. Sam, Marie, and Jaren.
Jaren was there but did not make us near as uncomfortable as Sam and Marie.
I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was the #1 worst experience, and the worst I have been treated at any establishment.

Great experience shopping here over the weekend! Friendly knowledgeable staff and was impressed with the toy selection. I was shopping for my daughter and was nice to see the actual toys versus rolling the dice with buying online.

Timbuk Toys is an absolute gem! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by their incredible selection of high-quality toys for all ages. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help find the perfect gift or new addition to our collection. My kids love coming here – there’s such a wide variety of toys, from educational to just plain fun!
What really sets this store apart is the care they put into creating a welcoming, fun atmosphere. It’s not just a place to shop, but a place where kids can explore, play, and spark their imagination. They also offer unique items that I haven’t seen in other stores, which makes it even more special.

I go to this store all the time to get presents for my niece.
They wrap them for me and everything. I also love it there because they are dog friendly and my pup Rowan always gets a warm welcome and some treats!
She loves going too because they have a great selection of stuffies. I let her pick one out when we go. She really likes the jelly cats
Ary, one of the employees there, is the best. Always helpful and knowledgeable. They have great customer service. I highly recommend checking them out.
