Do not let the name and website fool you! My husband and I are looking for an apartment and moving states. We set up a tour online but could only set up a self guided tour. Over the span of two and a half weeks we called numerous times, left voice mails, and messaged on the website. NO ONE EVER CALLED US BACK! When we came into town we decided to drive around the complex to see if it was worth even trying to pursue further. The complex looked horrible. It is not at all described online. It felt like a massive parking lot with tall crappy apartment buildings through out. ALL of the dumpsters were overflowing with trash. Parking looked like a nightmare. Even though the complex is non smoking we saw quite a few tenants standing in the parking lot smoking. We didnt even bother going inside to talk to the office and take our tour. If the grounds looked that bad and no one could get back to us after multiple calls, voice mails, and messages im afraid of how they treat their tennants!

I lived here for 3 years, from 2019-2021. I moved out of the apartment and moved closer to downtown. During my stay, there were constant problems. The maintenance staff were nice, but they hired cheap vendors to handle a leak I had. This caused the dust from the dry wall repair to get into all of my work computers and cause them to overheat.
After I left, 2-3 years later I found that, without ever contacting me directly, they had put me up for collections because they said I didn't pay enough when I left the apartment. I had to go through Equifax and Transunion to dispute the claim. It was successfuly removed.
The Lincoln Management company recently sold to some other management company (this is the 3rd-4th) management company that has owned the apartments since I've been in Denver from 2019. Now the new company has put me back up for collections. They refuse to send any email correspondence. I'm now having to go through this entire process because the management companies have been so unorganized. It's now affecting my ability to purchase a car and rent another apartments.
Maintenance staff were great, management company was awful. The prices are very expensive. I moved out of my 1 bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom home near Platt park and only ended up spending $300 more.

Many better options for apartments in this area. Have been without a dryer for multiple days, when you call they hang up on you- that’s even if they answer! I guess fire isn’t considered an emergency to them until it’s too late. Maintenance is very slow , you could probably fix the issues faster yourself. MANY people have the exact same issue.
People in the leasing office are careless and selfish. They are rude and don’t care about your problems. (Read the other reviews they’ll tell you the same!!)
Honestly wish I signed a lease else where, but this place seriously isn’t worth the money you pay every month. You’re better off taking your time else where.

I have lived at The Retreat at Park Meadows since Jan 2020, and I can confidently say it is the best apartment complex in the area! Over the years, I've had the pleasure of living in both a 3-bedroom and now a 1-bedroom apartment, and both have been fantastic.
The price, size, and amenities are all excellent, making it a great value for the money. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible management (Dayna rocks!!) and maintenance team. They are always responsive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and well taken care of.
If you're looking for a new home, look no further The Retreat has everything you need and more!!

Don’t send emails saying the pools open at 9am to then tell us that we have to leave because it doesn’t open till 10! Biggest issue with this place is the lack of consistency.

Arielle, is an absolute delight! I had an issue with rent being billed incorrectly and she was quick to help, she took on a task that was above her pay grade!! The best customer service I've received here after living here for over a year! Give her a raise!

Iam a resident of this apartments. The staff here are the worst I have ever seen.
I’m sharing an experience that I had with regards to a maintenance request that I have raised more than 2 weeks ago.
I went into the office to check an update since I have waited for long enough. The staff was very lazy, rude and ignorant.
I would never recommend this apartments to be your home

Moved in recently beautiful complex with lots of grassy areas and very nice stone countertops newly renovated. Move in was less than ideal, but we were eventually accommodated by the property manager. She made sure things got done right. The pool is really nice during the day, however the hot tub is anything but Hot so we never use it if they made it hot like it's suppose to be, I would give 5 stars.

For the past two months been trying to get a hold of office about my move out I know I left with a balance I just want to know if I am owed money or owe any move out cost. Had no response. This place does bad business. Office is horrible. Hopefully I am not getting anything that would affect my credit score with out my knowledge of it or nothing I can do about it. I wouldn't move here from what I see I am not the only person who experienced this issue. Poor management company beware!!!!

We moved out the second week of August and after a few weeks, we were emailed that we should be receiving our deposit in the mail, then after a month of not receiving it, we contacted the leasing office to find they had a new property management team and the deposit would be coming closer to the 60-day limit. The leasing office told us that our deposit would be put in the mail on the 12th of October, going from Lone Tree to Denver. We have not received it, and whenever we call the leasing office, they say they will give us a call back. They never do. It has been over 60 days, and no one will give us a straight answer as to where this deposit is. We had a pleasant time living here, but if you have ANY plans to ever leave, just know that you will not be taken care of.

This property used to be beautiful. But over the last several years it has been poorly maintained and managed. The apartments are spacious, larger than most. The caliber of people that live here are horrible. No respect for wildlife (baby birds slaughtered) or property. There have been at least five different management companies and each one just gets worse. Maintenance issues are ignored and the grounds are in really bad shape. And you can count on at least a 3% rate increase every lease renewal but you get less and less for your money. It is NOT luxury living in Lone Tree.
