Got seen semiquickly but that was the only plus. Didn't want to test me because of a single missing symptom and didn't know what to prescribe without a lot of looking. Which would have been fine but then the prescription never made it to the pharmacy and when I called multiple times no one answered. I went in person but then no one was there for over 15 minutes even though they were open and there was no sign to indicate when they may be back. I ended up giving up and just going to urgent care. It was a waste of time and money to go to this one.

The staff at the Ken Caryl location is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. We have used the Little Clinic in Centennial and Greenwood Village for years and have always been very satisfied with the level of care we have received. After moving across town we tried the Ken Caryl office and were treated very poorly on both of our visits. I highly recommend avoiding this LC location.

Don't bother wasting your time. These people are lazy and will do anything to not do their job properly. They have the most rude assistants that are completely miserable that they have the job they have. It's your duty to fix the Medicare problem. Do better.

Responsible and thorough care. I did a home Covid-19 test; they did Flu, and Strep tests -- all came back negative. However, there definitely was something going on. The doc continued to monitor me, called to follow up, and saw me again when my cough and stuffiness were not resolving. They prescribed meds for what had progressed from a viral cold (which doesn't respond to medication) into a bacterial sinus infection and bronchitis. I am now happily well and very appreciative.

This clinic is useless. Its always viral...? either covid, or they wont do anything. Same suckness i get every winter and successfully treat every year with amoxacillin, or z pack. Has never not worked. But he did no tests and knows for sure that its not bacterial....? Zero tests!!!! If they cant push covid protocall on you they will boot you out the door. Useless!!

The nurse and doctor didn't wash their hands AT ALL while seeing me. And asked me what I thought was wrong with me instead of asking me questions and coming to their own conclusion. I'm here to get help, not to tell you what IM sick with???!? Very confused and disgusted the nurse nor the doctor washed their hands after entering the room, before giving me a flu swab.... After... nothing?!?? EWWWW. I'm honestly horrified.

Providers are good, the front desk is not. They never answer the phone, they don't have a voicemail, there seems to be no way to send them a message on their portal. It's extremely annoying. I called several times this morning with no answer. Finally I drove over to talk to them and the lady said she wasn't answering the phone because she's busy. I get that, don't answer if you're busy - but please at least provide a way for me to leave a message so you can call me later? They did this a while ago when I had a positive COVID test - they sent me messages and mail to "please call them", and I did! But they don't answer. :(

Made an appointment. Showed up. Nobody here. The pharmacy gave me the flu shot. They were awesome.

Our NP, Ashley was so kind and attentive. She was quite funny & helped my hubs get his rx for his inhaler. Checking in was a breeze & since we don’t have health insurance it’s $99 for an office visit - thanks for everything! The only thing I would suggest is maybe getting an answering service, you’ll be on hold for a while.. I assume it’s because it’s just either her or the doctor :)

I had a pretty good experience in the appointment itself, even though I found it a little odd that the doctor was researching on their phone what prescription to prescribe. (Maybe she has a special app)But if you need a refill, they pretty much ghost you. 4 attempted calls made from my pharmacy with no response. And 3 attempted calls made by me with no answer and no voicemail setup.I will unfortunately not return and not recommend.

Walked in with my daughter who was in pain, no appointment. The Doctor was so nice. Noticed that my daughter was really hurting and took care of her right away..I didn't get her name but she was the only person working...I would like to commend her for being a healer and slipping us into her busy schedule Saturday 7/9/22

Be prepared to wait HOURS, like 2-3 hours even if you have an appointment. It appears that the Nurse Practitioner is part receptionist and nurse. System is not efficient.
