I run an auto repair shop in Colorado Springs. My son's car broke down on a Friday while I was heading out of town. I decided to have the car towed to Taylor Automotive becaise he works in Littleton. The car got there in the afternoon and was diagnosed and fixed before closing time at 5pm. Well come Monday we found out they got a defective part. Here's where most consumers don't understand our side of the situation. We spend a lot of time building rapport with vendors to not only get the best cost for our customers but best product too. Well bad parts happen. I get defective parts from the dealer as well as aftermarket. David had my kids car towed back to the shop, fixed it and DELIVERED it back to my son's work. I almost never let my kids take their car anywhere but my shop. John and David went above and beyond to rectify a problem they couldn't forsee. Its been about two weeks and the car is starting everytime just like it should. Great job Taylor Automtive and thank you for getting my kid back on the road.

We've been taking our cars here for years. Their prices are reasonable. They don't try to take advantage of you or over sell you. We've tried other places in the past, but we have older cars and the other places would try to sell us on stuff we didn't need. We have not experienced that here in the 5+ years we've been a customer.

I was really happy going to this repair shop, the workers are very friendly, had very cheap services, they work quick, and they don't try to screw you over. 100% would recommend to anyone!

I went to Taylor's Auto for a second opinion on my truck getting several lines replaced and was quoted well below what the other auto shop was going to charge me. There mechanics were very knowledgeable and the owner was very helpful in getting everything taken care of. I will continue to use Taylor's Automotive for any future needs.

Nice people, but truly incompetent at their work. I’m literally having to replace my own battery (getting the part myself) in their parking lot. If you can make it to some place like Christian Brothers Automotive, you should.

I’m a single woman who doesn’t know a lot about cars, so it’s pretty easy for me to get scammed by mechanics. Not here though— Taylor Automotive keeps it real with you. Not to mention they have WONDERFUL customer service. Super friendly staff, beyond reasonable prices, and quick and easy service. Thanks for everything!

Can't think of a worse auto shop experience in the last 30 years. Horrible customer service from owner to front desk and everything in between. Rude on phone calls (including hanging up on you) and being yelled over and called 'a loser' by the front desk associate Dave.
I am truly appalled how a place with such low standards is still in business. It makes sense because they lure you in with low-ball prices and don't put anything in writing and then jerk the customer around and rip you off after.
Needed 3 bulbs installed on each side of my front headlights. The first time I brought the car in, they installed 2/6 and charged me $100. When I noticed the error, they said to bring it back in and they would fix their mistake. On top of not booking my appointment and telling me my service would no longer be completed same day as I was told on the phone, they decided to double charge me to fix the mistake they made the first time.
The owner, Taylor, is so rude she hung up on me when I tried to get an explanation and refused to own up to the company's error. They don't put anything in writing and then play games saying 'the person I originally spoke to is unavailable', 'they promise to make it right this time', and other false claims.
I rarely write reviews, all this to say, save your time, money, and headache and go somewhere that is actually a professional business - these guys are a scam and complete joke of a shop.

The worst customer service you can imagine - triple that. Rude front desk communication via phone and in person. The staff does not communicate with each other and provides nothing in writing so it is easy to jerk the customer around. Rather than attempting to remediate incorrect service and make right with the customer, they are unprofessional, hostile, and hang up on you. I have never come across such a poor standard for an auto shop in 30 years. The owner Taylor is careless, the service associate **** is outright rude, and the technician are inexperienced. Save yourself the time, headache, money, and pain and avoid this shop. They lure you in with 'too good to be ************' and then rip you off after with hidden fees. If you try to get an explanation you get hung up on by Taylor and top it off with the front desk calling you 'a loser' as you leave the shop after taking back your car. Top notch professionalism!
