Waited for 30 min, the store was very quiet, people walked in after me and got helped before me I felt singled out by the woman that was working. I would rather go to a different location .

Customer for over 10 yrs, went to store to add a 5th line. HORRIBLE customer service at this store! Rude & unprofessional. If I had been a new customer, I would of d/c my service. Employees at this location need customer service training!

My boyfriend and I stood by the door waiting for assistance and a line grew behind us. After 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, the most unpleasant t-mobile rep approached us and asked if we were in the queue. We replied that we didn’t know there was a queue to get in as no one said anything to us. He then asked who was first. Maybe the people who have been standing here for 10 minutes and is standing first in line was here first?? He got our info, stated that it’ll take 10 minutes to get to us. We’ve been here for a total of 30 minutes and still nothing. If you have a bad attitude and are super slow at your job this t-mobile is the place to work at!

I don't remember her name, she wear glasses and has long dark brown hair, but she was extremely helpful and empathetic. I needed to repair my phone screen. She helped me file a claim to fix my phone, and even wrote down the directions on a piece of paper to help me navigate where to go. Whenever I visit this location, I am wowed by their customer service. Very nice people!!!

My husband and I are elderly and not very high functioning with some of the I-phone's electronics, so we stopped for some help and Austin has just been wonderful and patient in explaining everything to us. What wonderful customer service! I hope his supervisor knows what an outstanding employee he has in Austin.

Unbelievably great customer service. Noah C assisted my family moving 5 phones over from Xfinity, and he did it with such kindness, patience, and competence. He went way beyond what most employees would do. One of the best retail experiences I can remember. Noah is a next level type of employee that makes T Mobile excel over the competitors.

This review comes after trying to resolve this issue with the store manager and T-Mobile as a company itself. We were lied to after almost 10 years of service with T-Mobile and tons of different phones and upgrades and services. We explained we were about ready to switch and didn't need a new phone. They lied to us. Told us there's this one last promotion we could get where we could upgrade one last time and then just cancel as soon as the upgrade was applied which would take a few months. We found out that was a lie and the process was going to take closer to 2 years. We explained if we knew it was that long we would have never signed up for that service. Both corporate and the store said it is not their fault that the salesperson lied to us. That should pretty much be expected. It's your fault for not reading the contract closer, fair enough however admitting that your sales people can just lie to anybody and say whatever they want to get you into a contract is a pretty dirty move and something. I would tell all my friends and everybody I know to avoid T-Mobile and to never deal with this ridiculous company again. After so much money spent with this company, I'm happy to say we are free and clear and canceled our service but would run away from T-Mobile if I were you.... Bunch of liars who treated My wife incredibly poorly accused her of having a fake ID when she was in the store. This is insane. No resolution was found from T-Mobile so we just paid and we're gone. Incredibly rude manager and terrible customer service.I would rather use tin cans and string instead of ever using T-Mobile again.
