Charles was extremely informative and helpful. He took the time to explain all items of the process in detail and was extremely kind. This process can be daunting but with Charles at the helm the stress of this process melted away. thank you sincerely for all the assistance and explanation.

Units are clean, staff is friendly and accommodating, location is secure. Have used units of various sizes several times over the years without issues.

At first this place was great. But as a long term customer new management raised my cost from $240 a month for a 10x20 to over $360 in just 6 months. New management is never there so I cant ever use the bathroom and they have very aggressive scary dogs that bark at my kids and me.

Patrick and Davina were super helpful, we’d left our keys on another state and they checked my ID before cutting off the locks even though Patrick had the day off! Great helpful staff makes a great experience!

The site manager, D, made my move-in extremely smooth. I was moved in within the day. Hope to stay with US for a while if it continues to workout. Praying they wont up the price after 2 months
