Let me start by saying that I did not purchase my I-Pace from this dealership. I live in Florida and my dealership was unable to solve an issue I was having with charging my car and they basically told me there was nothing else they could do. A Lakewood customer pointed me in this direction to reach out to Thomas to see if he could help. To my surprise, Thomas not only responded to my email, we sent multiple emails back and forth and he even called me with his service manager Pete to help me solve my issue! I couldn’t believe the customer service that this dealership offered after my own dealership had given up on me and my car! Not only did they keep a line of communication with me, they did not stop providing suggestions and ideas until my problem was solved. I can’t thank Thomas and Pete enough for their kindness and assistance towards someone who wasn’t even their customer. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I had an extraordinary experience with Jaguar Lakewood with the help of Pete Lovell. He was so helpful and responsive and wanted to problem solve and assist from my initial call, to fitting me in to have my car serviced on a busy Friday to getting me on my way as soon as possible. I have never had a better experience with a car dealership or car service department. Thank you again for being so helpful!

Had a wonderful experience at Jaguar Lakewood. Called another Jag dealership. Couldn't get in for two months! Called Lakewood Jaguar, got Kevin Keys. They didn't have an opening either but Kevin clearly worked hard to get me in. Lot of looking and hesitation but finally said, "OK, if you come in tomorrow at 8AM we will work you in"! I really appreciated that!! Got there the next morning. Greeted by Kevin. I did have a fairly long wait but expected that. No problem. At one point Kevin came out and visited with me for a little while in the customer waiting area. I visited with one of the salesmen. There were a couple of other "perks". Everyone at Jaguar Lakewood was very nice, including the other "service consultant". At the end I found Kevin replacing the battery in my fob. Didn't expect that. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Will certainly go back. Have to give Kevin a special thumbs up! Top tier of customer service.

My car was there for 2 weeks and they didn't fix a thing but were trying to get me to pay for something that wasn't the problem. Then tried to treat me like I can't afford to fix something that wasn't wrong. I was born at night not last night.

I LOVE Jaguar Lakewood! I get my F-pace serviced here and I have had the best experience every time. Kevin Keys is the service advisor there and he is exceptional. He’s communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at his job. He went above and beyond to advocate for my reimbursement for service from my extended warranty provider. He made sure I get the best price and reimbursement for the services I needed and ensured I had a loaner car while my car was being worked on.
The team at Jaguar Lakewood is efficient and detail oriented. I always have my car back running smoothly with a fresh complimentary car wash included. If you have a Jaguar, don’t go elsewhere. This is the best service center in Denver (I’ve tried others and they have not done this excellent of a job). Thank you Kevin and the team of Jaguar Lakewood!

I had a great experience with the entire staff at this dealership. I came in looking to buy a used Macan. They gave me the option to do the test drive alone or with a salesman I ended up choosing the latter. Brady was the one who took me on my initial test drive very nice gentleman very personable. At no point did I feel like there was pressure or overselling of the car. It was quite an enjoyable ride. We test drove another car but I ended up wanting to make a deal on the Macan. Unfortunately Brady was a newer salesman and couldn’t talk numbers so I was Handed over to Nick. Nick shared a lot of info on the car and was very straightforward on the numbers we could agree on. I felt the car was priced very fairly and both sides ended up with a deal. I was then handed over to Max who helped complete all the paperwork for the car as well as financing. Max was extremely friendly and again very straightforward. He was very honest about all my options and it felt like he had my best interest in mind. Mind you all of the sales associates I worked with were dealing with an incredibly busy day and they still did a great job. They even stayed late for me. Max was even kind enough to quickly answer my questions on his day off. Not that this should ever be expected but it’s great to know he’s going the extra mile. I was also introduced to the sales manager Tom who was also very friendly and wanted to make sure i had everything I needed. Tom also introduced me to the mechanics in the shop letting me know everything they did to prep the car. All in all I would definitely buy from this dealership again. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Jaguar Lakewood. Our Sales Consultant, Max, was very informative but not pushy like a lot of car salesman I've dealt with before. He spent a lot of time fully answering all of my questions about the cars and also about how my trade in was valued. I am new to Jaguar so his knowledge of the brand and of the specific cars we were looking at was extremely valuable.
They have a number of cars in inventory and were also willing to find the exact car with different color combinations and options we wanted at other dealerships. After hours of looking at all of the options, we bought the F-Pace that they had in stock and absolutely love it.
