I started taking my car here a couple years ago for oil changes and recently brought it in for urgent repairs. They were able to look at it immediately and installed the new part within 24 hours. When I didn’t understand something, Ben brought me into the shop to show me exactly what the problem was and satisfied my curiosity. I really appreciated the extra effort he took and the technician took to explain the problem to me in a patient and courteous manner. Made me feel like my car was in good hands. 1st time customer. Mechanics were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They provided detailed information on what was needed and the cost. I will definitely be bringing my car back for all its routine and other maintenance.

I will never go back here again. Back on May 5th. I took my Hyundai in just to get an oil change.
They told that I also need to replace my oil gasket, replace my brake booster, service the brakes and brake pads. For the low price of 2800 dollars. I took my car back to the dealership that I purchased it from.
My brakes just needed to be flushed and my oil gasket is totally fine. I have had many service stations try to take advantage of me. This one is the worst!

This place ripped me off charged me 800 dollars to tell me my vehicle is not worth fixing. Then left the screws off of the the part they said they put back together DO NOT GO THERE!

These guys are awesome! I love knowing that I'm not gonna be sold a bunch of repairs I don't need and that, when there are things that need to get done, they're bring it up because they actually care about what's best for me and my car. I've been using Thompson Automotive since 2012 and always recommend them because I know they can be trusted to treat my friends with honesty and professionalism.

Fantastic across the board. The communciation was superb, they were transparent and explained everything in detail. They were extremely busy when I went in and I had to have my car fixed before an upcoming move. They ensured it got done in time despite extra work they had to do to and without trying to milk me for more money. It has been a very long time since I have dealt with a company that I felt genuinely cared about their customers and operated with integrity. I used their shuttle service and the Uber drivers mentione that everyone they've picked up/droppped off there had nothing but the most positive things to say about Thompson Automotive as well.

I love this shop I wasn’t sure what to expect after they took over after Bob who ran it as Southwest Automotive for years retired and sold it to Thompson Automotive. I’m happy to say I’m so happy he picked the right people and it’s been great working with them ever since.
