Aiden and the team at urban Autocare were amazing. Our car broke down while on vacation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and worked to get us back on the road in time for my daughter’s college visit. They were professional, communicative, and reasonably priced. I felt so taken care of.

If you’re scrolling through repair shops and reading reviews trying to figure out which would be best for you, then you found your place. The customer service is outstanding and any issues that come up they take several photos and explain them in an easy to understand way. Best shop I’ve ever experienced.

Matthew at Urban Auto Care was very helpful! I just moved to the n’hood and needed, what I presumed, to be my power steering worked on. I stopped by and asked questions, then made an appointment to bring my car in for the aforementioned repair. After a full work-up of my car, a few additional items were recommended to me with thorough communication and visuals. Though the cost is on the higher compared to other mechanics around, the customer service here supersedes any expectation I had. They are transparent, and not gimmicky. Their follow-through well past service dates is also impeccable! I highly recommend and will be back in the future, should my car need any more services.

They were absolutely amazing. I was traveling from out of town and they were able to squeeze me in for an inspection, which turned into a need for repairs. They got that done on a super quick turn around, so that I was able to get it back before leaving town.
They even helped me to get a rental car, calling the place to make sure there was one and all the while putting up with my screaming child. They were so kind and helpful and got it done. Highly recommend!!!
