Tried calling several times during open hours. No one EVER answered the phone. Pulled up outside store tried calling again from car-again noone ever answered despite front door wide open and not a soul in the store. Went inside asked gentleman at counter if he had any Baileys Irish cream pumpkin spice flavored. He apparently did not speak English and looked at me like I was crazy. I asked again and he raised his finger and said he had to go get someone or atleast that's what I think he said. I followed to to back of store to be greeted by an older man. I asked the same question and again, I received a look like I was I was speaking a foreign language. I said Bailey's Irish Cream has Pumpkin flavored, apple, salted caramel flavors. Again a look like I had no idea what I was talking about. He condescending looks me in the eye and says Nah don't carry any of THAT. I asked about a wine, he said nope don't carry that. Asked about particular beer, nope don't carry that. I thanked them and was walking out hearing them talk about how they don't carry that kind of fu-fu drinks like I should've never come in or asked. Pretty sure there's no need to go back here. So if you're trying to call and there's no answer, you can be pretty sure they won't have what you want nor will they even look. Don't bother!

I am a woman on a budget so when I don't want to sit at the bar and risk having some strange guy trying to buy me a drink... I head on over to my local liquor store. They have everything I need including a nice variety of Cabernet wines. What I like most about them is when I visit the store, the gentleman behind the counter is efficient and kind. By efficient I mean he checks my ID, knows how to work the cash register, and asked me if I would like my wine in a bag. Then he shares his knowledge about my chosen wine and then even asks me how my day was. It generally feels like he's interested in what I have to say. I'm not a regular there but when I do go, I feel like I am one!

Worst customer service bar none. My ADULT 24 year old son an I were in purchasing some wine coolers for my wife. The owner flipped out when he saw my son carrying two bottles to the counter. He grabbed the bottles from his hands and demanded to see identification. My son gladly gave him his ID where the owner verified he was indeed 24 years old. No apology or anything. I understand the owner reserves the right to check ID, but how it was handled in front of other customers was appalling. Zero customer service skills. Shopping elsewhere from now on. Arvada Liquor Mart has superior customer service!

Nice staff and clean, but prices are anywhere from $5-$10 more than Arvada Liquor Mart on 58th across from Walmart. Sometimes the price difference warrants the extra mile and a half drive, ya know?

Good place. He gets a bit testy if you use a card for a purchase under $5 but has done it for me. Closest one to my house.
