Are you not sure if you want to do a Reverse Mortgage? Don't be.I have had a very wonderful experience with Sean Stanley and Sigma. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the Mortgage and going over the paper work with me. All my questions were answered. If it had not been for Sean I would not be in my home. This Mortgage has taken a load off of my shoulders and given me extra income to keep my home safe.Yuppers, I am so pleased and happy with Sean.Please give him your business and relax.

This company is terrible, people should be careful of doing business with them. They give you false information to start the application process and get you to pay an appraisal fee upfront which may or may not be refunded depending on whether you close the mortgage with them. At each step of their lengthy process they would request more information from us after reviewing our documents. They didn't review all our paperwork together, instead they did a piecemeal review and each day requested different documents. We submitted everything, then they would review a few of the items and ask us for more documents, and then the next day they would review another document and request more and so on and on. We ended up walking away from them and went to a bank that approved us within a few days, it was so much easier and the bank treated us with respect. If you go with a brokerage, keep in mind there are lots to choose from and a lot of them have 5 star ratings unlike this company (read the other negative comments here as well).

Sigma mortgage is your one stop shop. They are mortgage professionals as well as real estate professionals. We have done business with Sean and Sigma real estate for years from buying houses to selling houses, to refinancing home loans and auto loans Sean is always there to give a warm handshake and a friendly smile Without a doubt this is my favorite real estate company and will continue to do business with them as long as I am around! Cannot say enough good things about this company!
