The brands that they carry are top of the line and you will pay the same price or more online so WHY not support a fabulous family owned shoe store.”
“In my neverending journey to find shoes that will fit me, I found myself here all the way from Arkansas for the foot scanner. The scanner was a very short and simple process. Using the scans, Nic showed me which shoes would work best for me and helped me try a bunch on. He even showed me a trick with the laces to help my specific issue. I ended up buying a pair of shoes, and even though I don't know whether or not I'll return them, I had a great experience here.”
“Sage was fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. She was willing to work with me being hesitant and nitpicky. This was a predominantly great experience and I did walk out with a pair of new work boots, and in a style I typically would not wear. I think these are going to work out brilliantly.
My rating is a 4/5 *only* because there was a bit of upselling attempted. I do not fault them for that. It's the nature of the business but I'm still not a fan.”
“I've been a frequent flyer of this Vans store for well over ten years and I have to say that every experience has been amazing. Heart breaking when my size isn't in but they always do their best to help out and make sure you love what you're getting. Today Haley ( my cashier was awesome and actually helped me secure another pair of Vans to rock!), and I believe she said her name was Janesa was also awesome! She helped me get a new pair of shoes for work and was super helpful and had amazing vibes. I walked away with two new pairs to rock out and add to my growing 20+ pair collection, there's always a reason I come back here and that's because they make you feel like part of the Vans family. “I go to Journeys pretty often, I like to go on my days off and see what new shoes they might have. Let me tell you…This might just be the best Journeys in Denver. The service when I go there is always the amazing. I value customer service a lot when I go to places. Charlotte and Anna are always so friendly when I come in, They both have the best shoe recommendations for me and because of this, Journeys is always my first stop when I come into the mall. Sometimes I will literally go to the mall just for Journeys, That is how good it is.”

“I was sent the wrong shoe, the staff was a bit confused so the manager Mark came over to assist. The lady next to me was also trying to locate a package. Mark put out both fires with ease, a smile and excellent customer service. The staff was all so nice and attentive and willing to work through it all. I will definitely be back!”

“I stopped by with an odd job that several other tailors said they couldn’t help me with. Mike was exceptionally friendly and told me he could fix my watchbands while I waited. I had another shoe repair place adjust my previous watchband in Arizona and Mike did so much of a better job. Rather than just cutting it and sewing it, he came up with a creative workaround to make it look a million times better than the one I had previously done. You can’t tell it’s been adjusted. His customer service was excellent and his work was superb. Highly recommended for whatever your project.”
