Never have my or my husband’s size shoe in stock. The one time they did have my size, it was the shoe in the back and the shoe on display AND they still wanted $140 for the pair ??! You have tons of people trying on the display shoe and you still want full price???? Never stepping foot in their again!!

I had never had such an awful experience at this place. It was my sons first time buying his own shoes for school he gave the cashier cash and she took “FOREVER TO COUNT $120.00 dollars” and when done she said she could not give my son 0.51 cents his total $13.51 cause they didn’t have change. I’m guessing she didn’t know how to count change! How sad. But if it were her .51 cents, that lady would have raised hell! Those type of people don’t let a penny go wondering off. ?️

Terrible customer service even with a receipt they refuse to give you your money back even when the shoes have not been worn. All they want to do is give you a gift card who wants to shop at this store again this is ridiculous the management here is terrible.

This place is awful there are about 10 customers in the store and this girl with the sleeve tattoo is behind the counter with her air pods in her ears instead of helping customers. Her attitude sucks too like don’t work here if you hate your job.

Entered the store with an excited five-year-old who starts basketball on Friday. He was pumped to pick out some new high-tops at this specific store because he thinks it’s “cool”…Not an employee in sight for at least five minutes.. she finally pops out from the back with her head buried in papers, does not greet us or even acknowledge us. I then asked for a size, she doesn’t even look and just tells me they don’t have it. I asked for another shoe in that size, again doesn’t look at her computer or check the back and just tells me they don’t have it. Immediately goes back to her paperwork and is clearly not trying to help us or make a sale…it felt as if we were inconveniencing her so we left. Trash employees…trash management. Luckily Footlocker was only a few stores down…with great deals and friendly employees!

Very bad experience, the people there are very racist, mainly the white women who work there. I went on the weekend and they treated me very badly. I was going to buy tennis shoes for my whole family, but thanks to the people who work there, I ended up buying at another foot locker store. thank you if you could give 0 stars selas dava

Trash worker said they won’t be released for another hour and a half. So I return exactly in hour and half to hear they are all sold out like trash company and get a ducking SOP for this stuff like a bunch off kids there so how do I ask for help like what do I do now after being understanding the first time

Terrible. Went in there, stood around for 5 mins, no one offered to help or even pretended to care. Lady was folding stuff at the counter, another guy walked right by drinking something. Go to Boulder Running across the street.
