Matthew D Smith the city manager of Sherwin Williams Denver is 99% responsible for the incredibly high employee turnover and low company morale. I hope someone will go ahead and canvas all other employees under his management and figure out Matt Smith is the wrong person for this job. Someone with personality traits like him (Egotistical, Manipulative, Deceitful, Dishonest, Unstable) would be better suited to used car sales or working for a bank, lending predatory loans .

This store has really gone downhill over the past several years. The employees are incompetent and the store manager doesn't want to be bothered. Save yourself the stress and go to Home Depot where you will have a great experience and receive excellent customer service.

I've only had great experiences here. From the customer service to the mixing of the paint (and helping picking out great colors)! This is my go to local paint store for their products and brands!

Check your paint before you leave the store. Paid $30 for this quart of paint. It should've been mixed properly.
