This store is consistently too crowded to shop in. I had a specific list of things I was planning to get, but the line snakes through half the aisles in the store so I couldn't access any of them. Ended up just ordering online and will have to hope the colors are right. Not sure if this store is just badly laid out or if the checkout process is super slow for some reason. The Southglenn Sephora is much better and worth the little extra drive.

My wife ordered the 'trunk' November 5th. Supposed to be delivered Nov 13th. Was delayed indefinitely, no new date given. She contacted customer service December 4th and was told the dock workers were still striking (pretty sure that was already over) and her order hasn't shipped. Everything else we've ordered (from Amazon etc) has shipped no problem.
Fast forward to today, Dec 23rd, no shipment. Contacted customer service again asking for the trunk to be re-shipped and a refund given, if not a full one at least a partial! I mean it was delayed over a month! What legitimate company wouldn't give the customer something back? All the lady said she could give were 250 points, which from what my wife is telling me is next to nothing. She made it seem outlandish that Sephora would issue money back, even tho most companies I've ever dealt with have no issue with doing that. Horrible customer service policy or lack thereof.

We came in here like we usually like to do I believe a Tuesday evening at 7:50pm to get some makeup around 2 weeks ago and we were by the benefit area I believe and this worker she’s white lady started bothering us. She was so rude while there was still a lot of people on the line we came in like regular customers. She first starts yelling at us saying we are closed to get the stuff if we’re buying but that’s not all she said. And I say “yes thank you we are looking” after I said that I looked at time it was still 7:56pm and I’m like they still have some minutes plus they have to close up still. She ten stares at us and very rudely starts saying “I don’t think you’re understanding we are close so no you can’t look we are going to have to ask you to leave or go check out now.” She had a big attitude. Horrible customer service. Clearly we were getting stuff but after hearing all that i got upset and left the stuff back. Lost 3 customers all because of her attitude. She kept bothering saying and assuming we weren’t gonna buy stuff. I don’t think that’s appropriate and if you don’t like your job leave because it seems like it. No employee should treat their customers like that. DO BETTER. I hope her and her manager sees this. She needs to get fired. Next time I’m at park meadows again I’ll probably go in to get her name.

Seriously what kind of managers does this store have? I have never seen such horrible management in my LIFE! Came here two separate times with two separate managers clocked in and I was in shock at how terrible they manage the store. Very rude to their employees and always have a nasty attitude. This is unacceptable and I hope this store finds new managers. Not to mention that when I needed help finding my shade for my foundation, one of the managers told me that he’d find someone to help me. Had to wait 30 whole minutes and when I asked what the wait was about he just basically scoffed away? And another incident where another manager by the name of Emily had yelled at her employee in front of me and my kids. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and something must be done about it.

I had an outstanding customer service experience with Raquel, who assisted me with a color match. Shee was incredibly patient, ensuring those of us involved felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and took the time to understand our needs. What truly impressed me was her dedication to inclusivity, making sure the service was accessible for everyone, including those of us with disabilities. Her professionalism and genuine kindness made us feel valued and respected, and I left with a full routine and appreciated as a customer. Raquel exemplifies what exceptional service should be.

The employee who greeted me was very nice, but all the others just seemed really annoyed with me. Along with that I couldn’t help but feel like I was being stared at almost like I was being monitored for stealing by both employees and other customers.As a person of color that was really off putting for me so I ended up getting one thing and leaving. Initially I was going to ask someone for help selecting a lipgloss that will work with my darker toned lips but the air just felt so hostile I tried to leave immediately. This always happens to me at this Sephora and its why I rarely come in.

Came in for a full face and Michelle did my makeup for a concert, she absolutely killed it. My makeup looks amazing, I love it so much! I will definitely come to her the next time I have an occasion! She went totally above and beyond on my look! Now I’m ready for my concert 😃

Had an unpleasant interaction with Gianna, I came in to process a return. The reason for return was because I had purchased my items literally a day before the store wide sale. First I asked if I could just get a credit and she said no. So then I asked for a return. When I mentioned buying the items again at discount she immediately got defensive and told me she wouldn’t be able to process the return for that reason and would have to double check with her manager. I understand protocol and that she needed to check so she wouldn’t get in trouble-that’s fine. But upon her return with the manager who said my return was fine, she wouldn’t even look at me, stopped responding to anything I said (mind you I was being polite, I’ve worked in customer service and I hate being a ‘problematic’ customer. I was saying sorry the whole time and please and thank you but she kept ignoring me. She also started complaining that the entire bottle would be wasted because they throw away returned items. So rude for no reason, sorry I wanted to save a little money in this economy but there’s bigger problems to worry about than processing someone’s return in my opinion. I’ve been coming to this Sephora for years but I think I’ll switch to ulta from this interaction.

?…. I put an order something online as a pickup because I didn’t have my gift card with me that I wanted to use, but I was able to use it online. I was already inside Sephora and I asked around to see if I can pick it up right away since I’m obviously not going to stay inside Sephora for 2 hours. And I only needed one thing. This they cannot even do…. They don’t even want to do it as a conveniency for the customer and expects me to wait for 2 hours for one thing.
As a person that works at a beauty department, I can happily say that my service to customers is so much better than the girls that works there. No knowledge of what is above and beyond. There is always a way to make adjustments through the system. But I was told “no”. They did not even lead me to a manager.
